국문 초록

이 연구에서는 부모의 자율성 지지가 대학생의 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향을 주도적 행동과 유능성이 순차적으로 매개하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2018년 11월 30일부터 2018년 12월 5일까지 웹기반 설문업체를 통해 전국의 4년제 대학생 330명을 대상으로 부모 자율성지지, 주도적 행동, 유능감 삶의 만족에 대한 설문을 실시한 후 구조모형 검증을 통해 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 첫째, 부모 자율성 지지는 삶의 만족, 주도적 행동, 유능감과 정적으로 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모 자율성 지지가 삶의 만족에 미치는 영에서 주도적 행동과 유능감이 순차적인 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 대학생의 삶의 만족을 높이기 위해서는 부모 자율성 지지, 주도적 행동, 유능감을 향상시키는 것이 중요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine whether or not proactive behavior and competence played a mediating role in the association between parental autonomy support and life satisfaction. For this purpose, the Web-based company surveyed 330 four-year university students nationwide about their parental autonomy support, life satisfaction, proactive behavior and competence and looked at the mediated effects through verification of the structural model. The data was analyzed using structural equation model. The findings were as follows. First, parental autonomy support showed a significant positive relationship with life satisfaction, proactive behavior and competence. Second, Proactive behavior and competence played mediated the association between parental autonomy support and life satisfaction in a sequential manner. And parental autonomy support affected directly life satisfaction. This findings suggest that reducing proactive behavior but also, facilitating the parental autonomy support and competnece helps to improve life satisfaction of university students.
