비대면 상담심리치료 연구 동향과 과제

국문 초록

본 연구는 비대면 상담심리치료에 대한 국내 연구 흐름을 살펴보고, 비대면 상담심리치료에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 하는 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 2010년부터 2020년 6월에 이르는 연구 자료 중 사이버, 온라인, 인터넷, 화상 등 비대면 상담 및 심리치료에 초점을 둔 한국연구재단 등재 논문 총 54편의 연구를 선정하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석의 기준을 설정할 때에는 기초 단계, 분석틀 수립 및 주제 분류, 평정 및 점검의 3단계를 수행하였으며 연도, 학문 분야, 연구방법, 활용기술 현황에 대한 양적 분석 결과를 제시하고, 주제 및 내용분석을 통해 비대면 상담심리치료의 특성을 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 비대면 상담심리치료를 주제로 한 연구는 꾸준히 이루어졌으며 최근 5년간의 평균 연구 편수가 앞선 5년의 기간보다 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학문 분야를 고려할 때, 사회과학 분야의 연구가 가장 많았으나, 여러 학문 분야에서 연구가 이루어짐을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 주로 사용된 연구방법으로는 문헌연구, 조사연구의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 활용된 기술은 웹사이트, 가상현실, 휴대용기기, 인공지능의 순으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 질적내용분석의 결과로 도출된 상담심리치료의 효과성, 매체 자체의 특성으로 인한 측면, 매체 특성이 상담 과정에 미치는 영향으로 인한 측면, 상담자 교육 및 훈련의 측면이라는 4가지 주제를 중심으로 선행연구에 나타난 비대면 상담심리치료의 특성을 제시하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점 및 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was examine the trends of domestic research on untact counseling psychotherapy and to derive implications for untact counseling psychotherapy. For this purpose, 54 research papers from Korea Research Foundation were selected and analyzed from 2010 to June 2020, focusing on untact counseling and psychotherapy such as cyber, online, internet, and video. When setting the criteria for analysis, three stages were performed: the basic stage, the analysis frame establishment and subject classification, evaluation and examination. The results of quantitative analysis on the year, academic field, research method, and current status of the technology used were presented, and characteristics of untact counseling psychotherapy were derived through qualitative content analysis. The results are as follows. First, studies on the topic of untact counseling psychotherapy have been conducted steadily, and the average number of studies in the last 5 years was found to be more than the previous 5 years. Second, considering the academic field, research in the social science field was the most, but the research was conducted in various academic fields. Third, the most commonly used research methods were literature studies and research studies in that order. Fourth, the technologies used were in the order of website, virtual reality, portable devices, and artificial intelligence. Lastly, the characteristics of untact counseling psychotherapy were presented centering on the four themes(the effectiveness of counseling psychotherapy, the aspect due to the characteristics of the technology itself, the aspect due to the influence of the technology characteristics on the counseling process, and the aspect of counselor education and training) derived from the result of qualitative content analysis. Based on the results of this analysis, the implications and suggestions for the study were presented.
