국문 초록

본 연구는 성인애착의 두 차원(애착불안, 애착회피)과 대인관계능력 간의 관계에서 정서인식 명확성의 매개효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 2019년 3월25일부터 4월5일까지 성인남녀 456명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구방법은 상관분석, 회귀분석, 구조방정식모형 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인애착(애착불안, 애착회피)과 대인관계능력, 정서인식 명확성은 연령집단 간 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 성인애착(애착불안, 애착회피)과 정서인식 명확성, 대인관계능력은 부적상관이 나타났으며, 정서인식 명확성과 대인관계능력은 정적상관이 확인되었다. 셋째, 성인애착(애착불안, 애착회피) 모두 대인관계능력에 직접 영향을 미쳤으며, 애착불안과 애착회피가 정서인식 명확성을 매개로 대인관계능력에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 초기성인과 후기성인의 집단 간 경로 차이는 유의하지 않았다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적 함의를 논하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of emotional perception clarity in the relationship between the two dimensions of adult attachment (attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance) and interpersonal relationship abilities. Data were collected from 456 adult men and women. The research methods were correlation analysis, regression analysis, and structural equation model verification. The results of this study are as follows. First, adult attachment (attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance), interpersonal relationship ability, and emotional clarity showed differences between age groups. Second, adult attachment (attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance), emotional awareness clarity, and interpersonal relationship ability were negatively correlated, and emotional awareness clarity and interpersonal relationship ability were positively correlated. Third, both adult attachment (attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance) had a direct effect on interpersonal relationship ability, and it was confirmed that attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance had an indirect effect on interpersonal relationship ability through emotional awareness clarity. Fourth, there was no significant difference in path between groups of early and late adults. Based on these findings, the theoretical implications were discussed.
