고등학교 확률과 통계 교과서 통계 단원 과제의 맥락 유형 비교 분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 고등학교 확률과 통계 교과서의 통계단원 과제가 통계적 소양 능력을 기를 수 있도록 개정되었는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 2009 개정 교육과정이 반영된 고등학교 확률과 통계 교과서 5종과 2015 개정 교육과정이 반영된 고등학교 확률과 통계 교과서 5종을 선정하였다. PISA 2021 평가틀 중 맥락의 유형을 수정한 분석틀을 이용하여 단원의 도입부분에 제시되는 과제를 제외한 통계 단원 과제들을 비교·분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 2009 개정 교과서에서 나타난 맥락유형의 분포보다 2015 개정 교과서에서 나타난 맥락유형의 분포가 고르지 않게 나타나고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 평가 문항 개발 시 맥락을 고르게 반영해야 한다고 하였지만 교과서 분석결과에서 나타난 바와 같이 2015 개정 교과서의 과제들은 직업적 맥락이 포함된 과제에 편중된 구성을 보였다. 따라서 교사가 교과서를 활용한 통계수업 시 통계적 소양을 함양시키기 위해서 이점에 유념하여 부족한 부분을 보완할 수 있도록 과제 선정 및 학습 자료를 개발해야 한다.

영문 초록

In order to see if the statistical units problems of high school probability and statistics textbooks were developed under the 2015 revision curriculum have been revised to enhance statistical literacy, we analyzed statistical unit tasks of the five high school probability and statistical textbook of 2009 revision curriculum and those of the 2015 revision curriculum in terms of five types, which types are personal, societal, occupational, scientific, and complex, of contexts among the PISA 2021 assessment framework. We found that the distribution of context types in the 2015 revised textbooks was uneven compared with that of context types in the 2009 revised textbooks. Contexts should be reflected evenly in the development of the assessment questions, however the textbook analysis results, the tasks of the 2015 revised textbook consisted mostly of tasks that included occupational context. Based on our finding, teachers should select tasks and develop learning materials including various contexts in order to enhance statistical literacy in the course using 2015 revised textbooks.
