예비 유아교사의 자기효능감 연구의 동향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비 유아교사의 자기효능감 연구의 방향 모색을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 예비 유아교사의 자기효능감 연구 동향을 연구 연도, 연구유형, 자기효능감 종류, 측정도구 및 연구주제에 따라 분석하였다. 분석 대상은 2000년1월부터 2019년 12월까지 한국연구재단 등재(후보)지 32종에 게재된 예비 유아교사의 자기효능감 관련 논문 77편이다. 연구 결과, 예비 유아교사의 자기효능감 관련 연구는 2000년대에는 매우 미미하였으나 2010년대 전반부터 다소 증가하기 시작하여 2010년대 후반에는 비교적 활성화되었다. 연구유형은 양적연구가 압도적이었으며 혼합연구는 매우 적었고 질적 연구는 이루어지지 않았다. 양적 연구에서 조사연구는 최근으로 올수록 증가하였으나, 실험연구는 답보상태이었다. 자기효능감의 종류는 일반적 자기효능감이 학업적 자기효능감, 진로결정 자기효능감과 같은 특정 자기효능감보다 많았다. 측정도구는 연구자 개발도구가 외국 도구의 번안 및 재구성 도구에 비하여 더 이용되었다. 연구 주제는 예비 유아교사의 자기효능감 관련 변인 연구(80.5%)가 상당수를 차지하였고, 자기효능감 증진 프로그램 연구(19.5%)는 저조한 경향이었다. 예비 유아교사의 자기효능감을 증진하기 위하여 자기효능감 관련 변인들에 대한 분석과 교사교육 프로그램 개발 필요성이 논의되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the trend of early childhood pre-service teachers’ studies related to self-efficacy according to the research year, research type, self-efficacy type, measurement tool, and research theme. The subject of analysis was 77 early childhood pre-service teachers’ self-efficacy papers published in the Korea Research Foundation from 2000 to 2019. As a result of the study, an average of 3.9 self-efficacy studies of early childhood pre-service teacher were published annually for 20 years. The studies were very small in the 2000s, but began to increase somewhat in the first half of the 2010s, and were relatively large in the late 2010s. As for the research type, quantitative studies(97.4%) were overwhelming, mixed studies(2.6%) had a low weight, and qualitative studies were not conducted. In quantitative research, research has increased in recent years, but the rate of increase in experimental research has not been high. The types of self-efficacy were higher in general self-efficacy than in the study of specific self-efficacy such as academic self-efficacy and career decision self-efficacy. As a measurement tool, the researcher s developed tool was used more than the tool for reconstruction and reconstruction of foreign tools. The theme of the study was many studies of variables related to self-efficacy, and the study of programs to promote self-efficacy was insufficient. The need to analyze the variables related to self-efficacy and develop teacher education programs were discussed in order to promote the self-efficacy of early childhood pre-service teacher.
