대학생 자기주도 학습역량 척도의 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 자기 평정척도로 구성된 자기주도 학습 척도(SRSSDL)를 한국판으로 타당화 하는데 목적이 있다. 자기주도 학습 척도(SRSSDL)는 인식능력, 학습전략, 학습활동, 평가, 대인관계 기술의 5요인 구조로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 SRSSDL을 바탕으로 S대학교 재학생들을 대상으로 자기주도 학습역량 척도를 개발하여 타당화 하였다. 이를 위해 전라남도(제2캠퍼스 충청남도)에 위치한 S대학교 635명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 5개 요인구조의 적합성을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 원척도에서 제시한 5개 요인구조를 지지하였으나, 구성문항의 요인부하량 및 공통성이 낮은 문항은 제외하였다. 총 30문항(인식능력 7문항, 학습전략 4문항, 학습활동 5문항, 평가 5문항, 대인관계 기술 9문항)으로 구성되었으며, 구성체계 타당도, 구인타당도, 수렴타당도는 모두 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 원척도에서 제시한 요인구조가 S대학교 재학생의 자기주도 학습역량 측정이 가능함을 시사하는 것으로 온라인 학습에서 자기주도 학습역량을 측정하여 학습 효율성을 검증하는데 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에 의의를 가질 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to validate a Korean version of the self-rating scale of self-directed learning (SRSSDL). The self-rating scale of self-directed learning (SRSSDL) consists of five-factor structures of awareness, learning strategies, learning activities, evaluation, and interpersonal skills. Based on SRSSDL, the self-directed learning competency scale of S university students was developed and validated in this study. To this end, 635 students from S University located in Jeollanam-do (Chungcheongnam-do, second campus) were examined for the suitability of the five factor structures through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The result of the analysis of five-factors verified that a Korean version of SRSSDL has the same factorial structure as in the original version, but the items in low factor loading and communality were excluded. A total of 30 questions (seven questions for awareness, four questions for learning strategies, four questions for learning activities, five questions for evaluation, and nine questions for interpersonal skill) were composed, and the consisting factor validity, construct validity, and convergent validity were all found to be good. Thus, these findings suggest that the factor structure presented on the original scale can measure the self-directed learning competency of S University students. The significance of this study is that it provides basic data to verify the efficiency of learning self-directed learning competency in online learning.
