초등 여교사의 체육수업경험에 관한 질적 메타분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 체육수업에서 겪는 초등학교 여교사의 수업경험과 관련된 개별 사례 연구물을 질적 메타 분석방법을 통해 탐색하고 그 의미를 해석하여 초등학교 여교사의 체육수업경험과 경험 속에 내재되어 있는 핵심 속성은 무엇인지, 그러한 속성이 어떻게 이루어지는 지를 확인하고 그 특징을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 체계적 문헌고찰을 통해 최종 7편의 연구물을 선정하여 질적 메타분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 체육수업경험 요소들이 올바르게 도출되었는지를 분석 및 확인-재분석 및 확인의 순환적 과정을 거쳐 각각의 개념들의 연결고리를 도출한 결과, 초등학교 여교사의 부정적인 경험은 ‘부정적 인식’, ‘부족한 전문성’, ‘수업 부담’, ‘날씨’, ‘열악한 환경’, ‘다중역할 갈등’, ‘고정적이고 관념적인 선입견과 편견의 학교문화’라는 범주로 도출되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 초등학교 여교사의 체육수업경험에 대하여 다음과 같은 사항을 논의하였다. 첫째로, 초등학교 여교사의 체육수업경험의 핵심 속성은 ‘걱정과 부담’으로 나타났다. 둘째, ‘걱정과 부담’은 초등학교 여교사가 경험하는 속성들의 양상과 차원의 정도에 따라 더 많은 체육수업운영의 장애 요인으로 작용하고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 셋째, 직전교사교육의 경험 유형(긍정적 경험과 부정적 경험)에 따라 체육수업 운영의 양상이 다르게 구현될 수 있음을 발견하였다. 넷째, 초등학교 여교사들은 체육수업 운영의 부정적 경험을 ‘중재적 상황’과 ‘상호작용적 전략’의 하위적 속성인 ‘자아효능감 촉진’, ‘지속적인 노력’, ‘전문성 향상’, ‘소통학습 문화’의 경험을 통해서 ‘성장과 발달’이라는 긍정적인 경험으로 탈바꿈하고 있었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate individual case studies related to the experience of elementary school female teachers in physical education class through qualitative meta-analysis method and interpret the meaning of the study to identify what experiences elementary female teachers have in the process of running physical education classes and how they overcome and improve such experiences. As a result, the negative experiences of elementary school female teachers were negative perception , lack expertise , class burden , weather , weather environment , multiple role conflict , fixed and ideological prejudice and prejudice school culture It was drawn into categories. Based on the results of this study, the followings were discussed about the physical education class experience of elementary school female teachers. First, the core attributes of female elementary school teachers experience in physical education class were worry and burden ., Second, it was found that worry and burden is a obstacle factor in the operation of more physical education classes according to the aspects and dimensions of the attributes experienced by elementary school female teachers. Third, it was found that the aspects of physical education class management can be implemented differently according to the experience type (positive experience and negative experience) of the previous teacher education. Fourth, it was confirmed that elementary school female teachers were transforming negative experiences of physical education class management into positive experiences of growth and development through experiences of promoting self-efficacy , continuous efforts , improving professionalism , and communication learning culture which are sub-categories of intermediate situation and interactive strategy .
