국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 개인 특성에 따라 학업적 자기효능감, 지식공유, 학습몰입, 학습성과 간의 구조적 관계의 차이를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 2019년 3월 중순부터 3월 말까지 부산시 소재의 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 학생 500명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 477부를 분석에 활용하였다. 변인 간의 구조적 관계 분석을 위해 구조방정식을 활용한 매개모형 검증을 실시하였고, 개인 특성에 따른 경로 계수 차이를 밝히기 위해 다중집단 구조방정식을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 학업적 자기효능감은 지식공유와 학습몰입을 매개로 하여 학습성과에 영향을 미쳤으며, 성별, 학년, 전공계열, 전공관심도에 따라 집단 내에 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 학년, 전공계열, 전공관심도는 집단 간에 차이가 있었지만, 성별에 따른 집단 간 차이는 존재하지 않았다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 논의하였으며, 학습성과 향상에 필요한 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined differences in structural relationships between academic self-efficacy and knowledge sharing, learning engagement and learning outcome to the personal characteristics of college students. To this end, a survey was conducted on 500 students attending a four-year college in Busan, Korea for from early March to mid-March 2019, and the final 477 copies were used for analysis. In order to analyze the structural relationship between variables, a mediation model was verified using a structural equation, and a multi-group structural equation was conducted to reveal the differences in path coefficients according to individual characteristics. As a result of the study, academic self-efficac had an effect on employment possibility through mediating knowledge sharing and learning engagement, and there were significant differences within the group according to gender, grade level, major category, and diatance to school. However, no differences between groups by gender. Based on the results of this study, discussions were made and suggested implications for learning outcome
