국문 초록

본 연구는 콘텐츠 산업의 지속가능 발전을 위해 콘텐츠 산업 생태계의 지역 불균형 문제 해소에 기여하고자 스타트업의 핵심역량인 사내 기업가정신을 독립변수, 학습지향성을 매개변수, 디지털 역량을 조절변수로 설정하여 창업성과에 미치는 영향에 관해 동남권 콘텐츠 스타트업을 대상으로 실증분석을 진행하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사내 기업가정신이 학습지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 둘째, 학습지향성이 창업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 셋째, 학습지향성이 사내 기업가정신과 창업성과 간의 관계를 매개할 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 넷째, 디지털 역량이 학습지향성과 창업성과 간의 관계를 조절할 것이라는 가설은 부분적으로채택되었다. 본 연구를 통한 지역 콘텐츠 스타트업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방향성 제시는 콘텐츠 산업의균형 발전을 위한 토대가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

In order to contribute to sustainable development of the contents industry and resolve the regional imbalance problem in the contents industry ecosystem, this study conducted an empirical analysis of content startups in the Southeast region of Korea on the impact of in-house entrepreneurship, a core competency of startups, on entrepreneurial performance by setting internal entrepreneurship as an independent variable, learning orientation as a mediating variable, and digital competence as a moderating variable. The main findings are as follows. First, the hypothesis that intrapreneurship will have a positive effect on learning orientation is accepted. Second, the hypothesis that learning orientation has a positive effect on performance is accepted. Third, the hypothesis that learning orientation will mediate the relationship between intrapreneurship and performance is accepted. Fourth, the hypothesis that digital capabilities will moderate the relationship between learning orientation and performance is partially accepted. The findings of this study will provide direction for enhancing the competitiveness of local content startups and lay the foundation for the balanced development of the contents industry in Korea.
