인성교육을 위한 대학생의 문화예술교육 참여 경험 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 문화예술교육 프로그램에 참여한 대학생들의 활동 경험을 살펴보고, 대학생들의 인성함양 활동으로 문화예술교육의 의미를 고찰하고자 하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘사회· 정서적 전략 증진’에 있어 ‘긍정적 자아 개념 형성’과 ‘정서능력 증진’에 대한 경험이 나타났다. 둘째, ‘학업생활 증진’에 있어 ‘학교에 대한 애착 향상’과 ‘교수자에 대한 신뢰 향상’, ‘학문적 목표 및 교육적기대감 증진’의 경험이 나타났다. 셋째, ‘친사회적 능력의 증진’에 있어서 ‘친사회적 행동과 태도 증진’ 와 ‘의사소통 능력 향상’에 대한 경험이 나타났다. 이상의 본 연구 결과가 관련 사례 연구나 프로그램개발 연구로 이어져, 인성교육 차원에서 문화예술교육이 어떠한 방향으로 나아갈 수 있는지 구체적으로모색하는데 기초자료가 되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

The study attempted to examine the activity experiences of university students who participated in the culture and art education program and to contemplate the meaning of culture and art education with personality cultivation activities of university students. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First of all, the experiences of ‘formation of the positive self-concept’ and ‘promotion of the emotional ability’ appeared in ‘promotion of the social and emotional strategies’. Second, the experiences of ‘improvement of attachment in school’, ‘improvement of trust in professors’, and ‘promotion of academic goals and educational expectations’ appeared in ‘promotion of academic life’. Third, the experiences of ‘promotion of pro-social behaviors and attitudes’ and ‘improvement of communication skills’ appeared in ‘promotion of pro-social ability’. It is expected that the above results of this study will lead to relevant case studies or studies on program development and become the basic data for specifically exploring where culture and art education can move forward in terms of character education.
