축구클럽 운영을 통한 지역 실천공동체 형성 과정 사례 연구

국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 한 지역에서 아동센터들이 축구클럽 활동을 중심으로 진행하고 있는 공동체 형성 과정과 지속가능성에 대한 탐구를 목적으로 진행하였다. 방법 질적 사례연구로 축구클럽 운영자들을 중심으로 3년 반 동안 운영 경험을 면담과 각종 기록을 주요 자료로 사용하였다. 참고 자료로 4차 연도 운영 관찰, 참여 아동 면담을 진행하였다. 분석은 공동체 형성 과정과 지속가능한 동력을 중심으로 하였고, 해석은 실천공동체 개념과 상호 관계를 탐구하였다. 결과 활동 중심 공동체 형성의 동력은 운영 실무자들의 적극적 능동성이 주요 역할을 했으며, 이를 끌어내는 과정도 반드시 필요함을 알게 되었고, 지역재원을 이해하고 활동에 활용한 것도 중요한 역할을 하였다. 결론 축구클럽을 공동체로서 형성해 가는 과정은 실천과 학습을 기반으로 하는 실천공동체의 특성을 가지고 있다. 특히 서로 간 신뢰를 쌓아가면서 공동이라는 의미와 함께 활동을 구성했고 이를 통해 공동 자산을 형성하고 있었다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to explore the process and sustainability of community formation that local children's centers are conducting in a region focusing on soccer club activities. Methods As a qualitative case study, interviews and various records were used as main data for three and a half years of management experience centered on soccer club manager. As reference data, observation of operation in the 4th year and interviews with participating children were conducted. The analysis focused on the process of community formation and sustainable driving force, and the interpretation explored the concept and mutual relationship of the ‘communities of practice.’ Results It was found that the active initiatives of management practitioners played a major role in the formation of a practice-oriented community, and the process of drawing them was essential. Understanding local resources and using them for activities also played an important role. Conclusions The process of forming a soccer club as a community had the characteristics of ‘communities of practice based on practice and learning. In particular, while building trust with each other, activities meaning joint were formed, and through this, joint assets were formed.
