산학일체형 도제학교 프로그램 이수 여부에 따른 전공만족도, 진로성숙도, 자기효능감 비교 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 산학일체형 도제학교 프로그램에 참여한 학생들에게 나타난 교육효과를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 방법 본 연구의 분석을 위해 한국직업능력개발원에서 구축한 한국교육고용패널 자료를 활용하였다. 특성화고등학교 3학년 학생 중 고3 시점에서 도제학교 프로그램을 참여하여 최종 이수한 학생과 참여하지 않은 학생의 전공만족도, 진로성숙도, 자기효능감의 차이를 확인하였으며, 이를 위해 고2 시점의 자료를 통제변수로 사용하였다. 결과 첫째, 도제학교 프로그램 참여 여부에 따른 전공만족도의 차이를 확인한 결과 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 도제학교 프로그램 참여 여부에 따른 진로성숙도, 자기효능감의 차이를 확인한 결과 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 특히 구체적인 문항별 자기효능감 차이를 확인한 결과 모든 문항에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 결론 산학일체형 도제학교 참여가 가지고 올 수 있는 효과성 확인을 통하여 향후 학생 중심의 제도 개선 및 교육과정 개발을 위한 시사점을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to analyze educational effects of students who are participating in the industry- academia partnership apprenticeship school program. Methods For analysis, data from the Korea Education and Employment Panel constructed by the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training was used. We analyzed the differences in major satisfaction, career maturity, and self-efficacy among groups that participated and not participated in the industry-academia partnership apprenticeship school program among third-year high school students In addition, data for the second year of high school were used as covariates. Results First, no significant difference in major satisfaction were found between the participating and non-participating groups in the industry-academia partnership apprenticeship school program. Second, significant differences in career maturity and self-efficacy were found in the participating group. In particular, the results also confirmed thatthere was significant differences in all items of self-efficacy. Conclusions The results showed the effectiveness of participation in industry-academia partnership apprenticeship school program. This study contributed in providing implications for devising strategies for student-centered system improvement and curriculum development in the future.
