유아교육기관의 전문성 지원환경이 유아교사의 디지털놀이 지원역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 유아교육기관의 전문성 지원환경이 유아교사의 디지털놀이 지원역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 방법 서울·경기지역의 유아교육기관의 어린이집과 유치원에 근무하는 교사 844명에게 설문조사를 실시하고, SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 신뢰도 및 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형을 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 유아교육기관의 전문성 지원환경과 유아교사의 놀이권리인식 및 디지털놀이에 대한 지각된 유용성 그리고 디지털놀이 지원역량 간에 정(+)적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 유아교사가 인식한 유아교육기관의 전문성 지원환경은 디지털놀이에 대한 지각된 유용성에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전문성 지원환경과 디지털놀이지원역량의 관계에서 놀이권리인식과 디지털놀이에 대한 지각된 유용성의 매개효과가 증명되었다. 결론 연구 결과, 디지털놀이 지원역량을 높이기 위한 매개변인으로 디지털놀이에 대한 지각된 유용성이 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났고, 놀이권리인식의 간접효과는 전문성 지원환경과 디지털놀이 지원역량 간의 관계에서 중요한 역할을 할 수 있으므로 유아교사의 디지털놀이에 대한 지각된 유용성과 놀이권리인식의 긍정성을 높이기 위한 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The effect of the professional support environment of early childhood education institutions on the digital play support competency of early childhood teachers was analyzed. Methods A survey was conducted on 844 teachers working at daycare centers and kindergartens in early childhood educational institutions in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used to analyze descriptive statistics, reliability and confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation models. Results First, it was found that there was a positive (+) correlation between the professional support environment of early childhood education institutions, early childhood teachers' perception of play rights, perceived usefulness of digital play, and digital play support competency. In addition, it was found that the professional support environment of early childhood education institutions recognized by early childhood teachers had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on the perceived usefulness of digital play. Second, the mediating effect of perception of play rights and perceived usefulness of digital play was proved in the relationship between professionalism support environment and digital play support competency. Conclusions As a result of the study, the perceived usefulness of digital play as a mediator to increase digital play support competency was found to have a large effect. Therefore, it is necessary to seek ways to increase the perceived usefulness of digital play by early childhood teachers and the positive perception of the right to play.
