국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 청소년의 유년기 무효화 환경, 고통 감내력 부족, 비자살적 자해 결과기대, 비자살적 자해 간의 관계를 확인하고 청소년의 유년기 무효화 환경과 비자살적 자해 간에 고통 감내력 부족과 비자살적 자해 결과기대가 이중매개 역할을 하는지 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 방법 이를 위해 13세부터 19세의 청소년을 대상으로 설문을 진행하여 737부의 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS (Statistics Package for the Social Science ver. 22.0)를 사용하여 위계적 회귀분석으로 각각의 매개효과를 분석하였고, PROCESS macro를 사용하여 이중매개효과를 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유년기 무효화 환경과 비자살적 자해 간에 고통 감내력 부족이 정(+)적인 부분 매개효과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 유년기 무효화 환경과 비자살적 자해 간에 비자살적 자해 결과기대도 정(+)적인 부분 매개효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 유년기 무효화 환경과 비자살적 자해 간에 고통 감내력 부족, 비자살적 자해 결과기대의 이중매개효과가 정(+)의 방향으로 유의하였다. 결론 이처럼 유년기 무효화 환경과 비자살적 자해 간의 관계에서 고통 감내력 부족과 비자살적 자해 결과기대가 이중매개함으로 비자살적 자해를 증가시키는 역할을 하는 것을 확인하였고, 이를 바탕으로 청소년 비자살적 자해의 예방을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to conducted the relationship between adolescents' childhood invalidating environment, destress intolerance, non-suicidal self-injury expectation, and non-suicidal self-injury, and to determine whether destress intolerance and non-suicidal self-injury expectation as a double medium between adolescents' childhood invalidating environment and non-suicidal self-injury. Methods For this purpose, 737 copies of the questionnaire were collected from 13 ages to 19 ages, and the collected data were analyzed using Mediated Analysis with Hierarchical Regression for IBM SPSS (Statistics Package for the Social Science ver.22.0) and PROCESS macro. Results The results of the study are as follows: First, the distress intolerance showed a positive partial mediating effect between childhood invalidating environment and non-suicidal self-injury. Second, there was a positive partial mediating effect of non-suicidal self-injury outcome expectation between childhood invalidating environment and non-suicidal self-injury. Third, the dual mediating effect of distress intolerance and non-suicidal self-injury outcome expectation between childhood invalidating environment and non-suicidal self-injury was significant in a positive (+) direction. Conclusions In this way, it was confirmed that the destress intolerance and the expectation of non-suicidal self-injury in the relationship between childhood invalidating environment and non-suicidal self-injury play a role in increasing non-suicidal self-injury by double mediation. Based on this, a plan for prevention of adolescent non-suicidal self-injury was presented.
