국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학 졸업예정자의 희망과 진로만족 간 관계에 있어서 진로적응성과 진로구성행동이 이중매개 하는지를 검증하고자, 직렬다중매개모형을 분석하였다. 이는 Savickas(2013, 2020)의 진로적응모형(model of career adaptation)을 학교-일 전환을 앞둔 국내 대학생을 대상으로 적용해보고자 한 것이었다. 방법 본 연구를 위해, 전국 4년제 대학 졸업예정자 260명을 대상으로 설문(희망, 진로적응성, 진로구성행동, 진로만족)이 이루어졌다. 자료분석은 SPSS 27.0을 활용하였고, SPSS PROCESS MACRO의 Model 4와 6으로 단순매개 및 직렬다중매개모형을 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과, 희망, 진로적응성, 진로구성행동, 진로만족 간 유의한 정적상관을 확인하였다. 더불어, 진로적응성과 진로구성행동이 희망과 진로만족 간 관계를 이중매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 희망은 진로적응성과 진로구성행동의 순차적 매개효과를 통해 진로만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이는 Savickas(2013, 2020)의 진로적응모형이 지지된 것으로, 대학 졸업예정자의 진로만족을 위해서 희망, 진로적응성, 진로구성행동의 역할을 고찰한 것이다. 끝으로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 논하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to verify whether career adaptability and career construction behavior were double-mediated in the relationship between hope and career satisfaction of prospective college graduates using a serial multiple mediation model. It was to apply the model of career adaptation of Savicaks(2013, 2020) to college students who are about to transition from school to work. Methods A survey was conducted on hopes, career adaptability, career construction behavior, and career satisfaction for 260 prospective graduates of four-year universities nationwide. Data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 and SPSS PROCESS MACRO Model 4 and 6 were used for simple mediation model and serial multiple mediation model analysis. Results A significant positive correlation was found between hope, career adaptability, career construction behavior, and career satisfaction. In addition, career adaptability and career construction behavior double-mediated the relationship between hope and career satisfaction. That is, the results showed that career adaptability and career construction sequentially mediate the relationship between hope and career satisfaction. Conclusions The research results support the career adaptation model of Savickas (2013, 2020), and examine the roles of hope, career adaptability, and career construction behavior for career satisfaction of prospective college graduates. The implications and limitations of this study are discussed.
