청소년의 가족건강성과 학습몰입의 관계에서 정서지능과 자기효능감의 순차매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 청소년의 가족건강성과 학습몰입의 관계에서 정서지능과 자기효능감의 매개효과가 유의한지, 그리고 두 변인의 관계를 정서지능과 자기효능감이 순차적으로 매개하는가를 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 서울 소재 중⋅고등학생 377명을 대상으로 가족건강성, 정서지능, 자기효능감, 학습몰입 검사를 실시하였다. 매개효과 검증을 위해 SPSS Macro Process를 활용하여 Bootstrapping 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 학습몰입에 대한 가족건강성, 정서지능, 자기효능감의 직접효과는 유의하였다. 정서지능에 대한 가족건강성의 직접효과는 유의한 반면, 자기효능감에 대한 가족건강성의 직접효과는 유의하지 않았다. 가족건강성과 학습몰입의 관계에서 정서지능의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 한편, 가족건강성과 학습몰입의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 가족건강성과 학습몰입의 관계에서 정서지능과 자기효능감의 순차매개효과는 유의하였다. 결론 청소년의 가족건강성은 정서지능과 자기효능감을 순차적으로 경유하여 학습몰입에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 청소년의 학습몰입의 수준을 높이기 위하여 가족건강성을 높일 수 있는 부모교육 프로그램이 필요하며, 특히 자신과 타인의 감정을 점검하고 조절할 수 있는 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 개입이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study analyzed whether the mediating effect of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy was significant in the relationship between family strength and learning flow of adolescents, and whether emotional intelligence and self-efficacy sequentially mediate the relationship between the two variables. Methods For the purposes, 377 middle and high school students in Seoul participated in this study. A survey of family strength, emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and learning flow was conducted. Bootstrapping analysis was performed using the SPSS Macro Process to examine the mediating effects. Results The direct effects of family strength, emotional intelligence, and self-efficacy on learning flow were significant. The direct effect of family strength on emotional intelligence was significant, while the direct effect of family strength on self-efficacy was not significant. The mediating effect of emotional intelligence was significant in the relationship between family strength and learning flow. On the other hand, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was not significant in the relationship between family strength and learning flow. The sequential mediating effect of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy was significant in the relationship between family strength and learning flow. Conclusions The family strength of adolescents affects learning flow through emotional intelligence and self-efficacy sequentially. Therefore, in order to increase the level of adolescents' learning flow, a parent education program that can improve family strength is needed, and interventions that can improve the ability to check and control emotions of oneself and others are required.
