코로나19 시기에 첫 임상실습을 수행한 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스 영향요인

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 코로나19 시기에 첫 임상실습을 수행한 간호대학생의 불안과 임상실습 스트레스를 파악하고 임상 실습 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 실시하였다. 방법 대상자는 코로나19 시기에 첫 임상실습을 수행한 C 대학의 간호학과 3학년 학생 123명을 대상으로 하였고 자료는 2022년 2월 1일부터 5월 30일까지 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22를 이용해 서술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient와 Hierarchical Multiple regression analysis을 시행하였다. 결과 대상자의 불안은 40.6±9.32점, 임상실습 스트레스 2.40±.57점으로 나타났으며, 코로나19관련 부담감과 실습교육 환경 영역의 스트레스가 높았다. 성별, 코로나19 불안정도, 건강상태에 따라 불안과 임상실습 스트레스에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 불안과 임상실습 스트레스는 정적 상관관계를 나타냈고 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 임상실습 스트레스 영향요인은 불안이고 약 21.8%의 설명력이 있었다. 결론 코로나19 시기에 첫 실습을 수행한 학생들은 불안상태와 건강상태에 따라 임상실습 스트레스가 크므로 실습전 코로나19에 대한 교육을 강화해서 불안감을 낮추고 건강관리에 대한 개별적 상담관리를 하여 불안과 임상실습 스트레스를 감소시켜야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing clinical practice stress of nursing students who performed their first clinical practice during the COVID-19 period and analyze factors that affect clinical practice stress. Methods The participants were 123 junior students from the Department of Nursing at C University, who had their first clinical practice during the COVID-19 period. Data were collected from February 1 to May 30, 2021 and collected data were analyzed using descriptive, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and Hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results The mean scores for Anxiety and the clinical practice stress were 40.6±9.32 points, 2.40±.57 points, respectively and the stress score of COVID-19 anxiety and clinical learning environment was ranked highly. There were significant differences in anxiety and clinical practice stress according to gender, COVID-19 anxiety, and health status. Anxiety was positively correlated with clinical practice stress. Hierarchical multiple regression Result, factors influencing clinical practice stress were anxiety, with an explanatory power of 21.8%. Conclusions Nursing students who performed their first clinical practice during the COVID-19 period have high levels of anxiety and clinical practice stress according to gender, COVID-19 anxiety, and health status. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce anxiety and clinical stress through individual counseling and COVID-19 education before clinical practice.
