코로나19를 경험한 간호대학생의 자기효능감, 학업성취도가 희망감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 코로나19를 경험한 간호대학생의 자기효능감과 학업성취도가 희망감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 간호대학생의 희망감에 대한 이해를 높이고, 프로그램개발의 기초자료로 활용하고자 시도되었다. 방법 코로나19를 경험한 N지역 3개 대학의 간호학과 학생을 222명을 대상으로 2021년 6월 10일부터 2021년 8월 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, hierarchical multiple regression analysis를 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구대상자의 희망감에 자기효능감(r=.702, p<001)과 학업성취도(r=.593, p<.001)는 유의한 정적상관관계를 보였다. 희망감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 자기효능감(β=.49, p<.001), 학업성취도(β=.32, p<.001) 순으로 유의한 영향을 나타냈으며 변인들의 설명력은 61.0%로 나타났다. 결론 코로나19를 경험한 간호대학생의 희망감을 향상시키기 위해 자기효능감과 학업성취도를 높일 수 있는 프로그램지원과 다양한 수업운영과 교수학습법을 통해 학생들의 자기주도적학습능력을 높이는 방안이 효과적인 전략이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study was to enhance comprehension of hope in nursing students and develope a program’s foundation data identified the factor of self-efficacy and academic achievement affecting the hope in nursing students at a college in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Methods The participants of the study were 222 nursing college students experienced the COVID-19 pandemic situation located in N region from June 10 from August 30 in 2021. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, NOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, hierarchical multiple regression. Results The positive correlation showed that self-efficacy(r=.702, p<001) and academic achievement(r=.593, p<.001) were associated with the hope of study participants. Analyzed the factors affecting the hope, self-efficacy(β=.49, p<.001) and academic achievement(β=.32, p<.001). The explanatory power of the factors was 61 percent of the total variances. Conclusions This study show that improvement of self-directed learning ability by program support, diverse class operation and teaching-learning method is effective strategy to enhance self-efficacy and academic achievement for improvement hope of nursing students in the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
