미취업 청년의 취업스트레스 척도 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 미취업 청년을 대상으로 신뢰롭고 타당한 취업스트레스 척도를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 방법 미취업 청년의 취업스트레스 척도에 대한 예비문항을 추출하기 위해 문헌조사 및 개방형 설문자료를 바탕으로 총 131문항을 구성하였다. 전문가 대상으로 내용타당도 검증을 실시하였고, 미취업 청년 대상으로 안면타당도 검증을 통해 58문항으로 구성된 예비문항을 도출하였다. 미취업 청년 232명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 개발된 척도의 타당화 검증을 위해 292명을 대상으로 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 결과 탐색적 요인분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 수행하고, 수렴, 준거타당도를 검증하였다. 미취업 청년의 취업스트레스 척도는 최종적으로 29문항으로 구성되었으며, 하위요인으로는 개인 차원, 가족 차원, 대인관계 차원, 사회 환경적 차원이 도출되었다. 결론 대학 졸업 이후에 구직상태에 있는 미취업 청년들을 대상으로 이들이 경험하는 취업스트레스의 성격이 무엇인지 탐색 되었다. 이를 바탕으로 취업스트레스를 호소하는 청년을 위한 진단과 개입에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to develop the reliable and valid job-seeking stress scale for unemployed youth. Methods A total of 131 questions were composed based on literature research and open-ended questionnaire data to extract preliminary questions on the job-seeking stress scale of unemployed youth. Content validity was verified for experts, and preliminary questions composed of 58 items were derived through face validity verification for unemployed youth. Exploratory factor analysis was performed on 232 unemployed youth, and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted on 292 people to verify the validity of the developed scale. Results Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed, and convergent and criterion validity were verified. The job-seeking stress scale of unemployed youth was finally composed of 29 items, and the sub-factors were derived from the personal dimension, family dimension, interpersonal dimension, and social environmental dimension. Conclusions The nature of job stress experienced by unemployed youth who are in a job-seeking state after graduating from college was investigated. Based on this, it is expected to help diagnose and intervene for youth complaining of job-seeking stress.
