부모의 창의효능감이 창의적 가정환경을 매개하여 유아의 창의적 성격에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 부모의 창의효능감과 창의적 가정환경 및 유아의 창의적 성격 간의 관계를 확인하고 부모의 창의효능감이 창의적 가정환경을 매개하여 유아의 창의적 성격에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 방법 연구대상은 서울시 동작구에 소재한 국공립어린이집 5개소에 재원 중인 만 3-5세 유아의 부모 262명이었다. 이들에게 창의 효능감 검사, 창의적 가정환경 검사, 유아 창의적 성격 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro 3.6 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 부모의 창의효능감과 창의적 가정환경 및 유아의 창의적 성격 간에는 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 부모의 창의효능감이 유아의 창의적 성격에 미치는 직접효과를 확인하였으며, 부모의 창의효능감과 창의적 성격의 관계에서 창의적 가정환경은 부분매개효과가 있었다. 결론 부모의 창의효능감과 창의적 가정환경은 유아의 창의적 성격에 영향을 미치므로 유아의 창의적 성격의 발달을 위해서는 부모가 지닌 창의효능감과 창의적 가정환경을 효과적으로 조성하기 위한 실제적인 전략이 요구된다. 따라서 부모 자신이 지닌 창의적 능력에 대한 이해와 창의적 능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 부모교육 방안을 마련해야 할 것이며, 유아의 창의적 성격 발달을 위한 물리적⋅심리적 지원이 적절히 반영된 창의적 가정환경의 마련을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아의 창의적 성격을 증진시키기 위한 다양한 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로써 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between parents creativity self-efficacy, creative home environment and children s creative personality, and to verify the effect of parents creativity efficacy on children s creative personality through the mediation of creative home environment. Methods The subjects of this study were 262 parents of 3-5 years old children attending five national and public daycare centers in Seoul. They were tested for creativity self-efficacy, creative home environment, and creative personality test. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro 3.6. Results There was a statistically significant correlations between creativity self-efficacy of parents, creative home environment and creative personality of children. In addition, the direct effect of creativity self-efficacy of parents on creative personality of children was confirmed, and the creative home environment had a partially mediated effect on the relationship between creativity self-efficacy of parents and creative personality of children. Conclusions Since parents creativity self-efficacy and creative home environment affect children s creative personality, practical strategies are required to effectively create parents creativity self-efficacy and creative home environment for children s creative personality development. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a parent education plan to improve the understanding and creative ability of the parents themselves, and to make efforts to prepare a creative home environment that properly reflects physical and psychological support for the development of creative personality of children. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the development of various educational programs to promote the creative personality of young children.
