대학생의 의사소통 역량 구성요인 타당화 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 역량중심 교육에서 공통적으로 요구되는 대학생들의 의사소통 역량의 구성 요인의 타당성을 연구하여 의사소통역량 진단 도구를 개발하는 데 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 충청북도 소재 대학생 1,257명을 대상으로 의사소통 역량 진단 도구의 타당성 검사를 실시하였다. 의사소통 역량 진단 도구의 타당성 분석을 위하여 통계 프로그램 SPSS 24.0을 이용하였으며 최종 요인과 문항에 대한 타당성 확인을 위해 확인적 요인분석(EFA)을 실시하였다. 결과 의사소통 역량을 측정하기 위해 영역을 ‘이해’, ‘표현’, ‘조정’의 3개 영역으로 나누고, 하위요인으로 수용과 이해능력, 공감 능력, 자기표현 능력, 대인 갈등 해결 능력, 정서적 유대감을 설정하였다. 각 하위요인별로 질문 문항을 6개씩 탐색하였고, 이 중 타당도가 낮은 문항을 삭제하여 각 하위요인별로 5개 문항을 개발하여 총 25개 문항을 선정하였다. 결론 의사소통 역량 진단도구 문항 25문항에 대한 적합지수(CFI, RMR, RMSEA, NFI, TLI, CFI, PCFI, NFI) 검증으로 요인분석 모형의 적합성을 확인하였다. 지속적인 측정과 연구를 통해 진단도구의 타당성을 검증하고, 진단 도구를 통해 도출된 결과를 교육 성과와 연계하여 활용할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop a communication competency diagnosis tool by studying the validity of the components of the communication competency of college students, which are commonly required in competency-based education. Methods To this end, a feasibility test of the communication competency diagnosis tool was conducted on 1,257 college students in Chungcheongbuk-do. The statistical program SPSS 24.0 was used to analyze the validity of the communication competency diagnosis tool, and confirmatory factor analysis (EFA) was conducted to confirm the validity of the final factors and questions. Results To measure communication competency, the domain is divided into three domains: ‘understanding’, ‘expression’, and ‘coordination’, and sub-factors are acceptance and understanding ability, empathy ability, self-expression ability, interpersonal conflict resolution ability, and emotional connection. was set. Six questions were searched for each sub-factor, and among them, questions with low validity were deleted to develop 5 questions for each sub-factor, and a total of 25 questions were selected. Conclusions The suitability of the factor analysis model was confirmed by verifying the suitability index (CFI, RMR, RMSEA, NFI, TLI, CFI, PCFI, NFI) for 25 questions of the communication competency diagnosis tool. The validity of the diagnostic tool can be verified through continuous measurement and research, and the results derived through the diagnostic tool can be used in connection with educational performance.
