국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 코로나 19의 확산으로 전례 없는 사상 초유의 비대면 개강을 맞이한 상담학과 학부생의 비대면 수업에 대한 인식과 경험에 대해 알아보고, 이를 통해 효과적인 비대면 수업을 위한 참고 자료로 활용하고자 한다. 방법 코로나 19 사태로 모든 수업이 전면 비대면 방식으로 전환 된 A시 B대학교 상담심리치료학과의 재학생 10명을 대상으로 총 2회에 걸쳐 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하고 자료를 수집하여 인터뷰 자료는 녹취본을 전사하여 내용을 분석하고 범주화하였다. 결과 주요연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비대면 수업에 대한 수업 시작 전 학습자의 인식은 우려와 기대가 교차 되었다. 수업의 이해도와 집중력이 낮아질 것을 염려하여 휴학을 생각하기도 했지만 물리적 편안함도 생각하였다. 둘째, 비대면 수업에 대한 학습자 경험과 인식은 교수법의 중요성과 실습에 한계점에 있다고 인식하였다. 동영상 수업보다는 쌍방간의 상호작용으로 이뤄진 실시간 수업을 선호하였으며, 내성적인 성향의 학습자의 경우 적극적으로 수업에 참여할 수 있다는 순기능이 우세했다. 셋째, 비대면 수업에 대한 인식과 요구에서 학생 중심형 수업으로의 전환을 기대하였다. 결론 본 연구는 언택트 시대에 비대면 수업에 대한 학습자의 인식과 경험에 대해 알아봄으로써 향후 비대면 수업의 활용 방안과 교수자-학습자의 역할에 대한 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to investigate the perception and experience of non-face-to-face classes of undergraduate students in the counseling department who have reached unprecedented non-face-to-face classes due to the spread of COVID-19, and use them as reference materials for effective non-face-to-face classes. Methods A total of two focus group interviews were conducted with 10 students from the Department of Counseling and Psychotherapy at City A University B, where all classes were switched to non-face-to-face due to the COVID-19 outbreak, and the interview data were transcribed to analyze and categorize the contents. Results The main research results are as follows. First, the learner s perception of the non-face-to-face class before class was crossed between concern and expectation. I thought about taking a leave of absence because I was worried that the understanding and concentration of the class would be lowered, but I also thought about physical comfort. Second, it was recognized that the learner s experience and perception of non-face-to-face classes had limitations in the importance and practice of teaching methods. Rather than video lessons, real-time lessons with interactive interaction were preferred, and the introverted learners had the advantage of being able to actively participate in the lessons. Third, a shift from recognition and demand for non-face-to-face classes to student-centered classes was expected. Conclusions This study can be used as data on the future use of non-face-to-face classes and the role of instructor-learners by examining learners perceptions and experiences of non-face-to-face classes in the untact era.
