빅데이터를 활용한 유아교사의 데이터 리터러시 교육 탐색

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대에 즈음하여 유아교육의 방향이 어떻게 되어야 하는지를 빅데이터를 활용한 유아교사의 데이터 리터러시에 대하여 알아보았다. 방법 이를 위해 빅데이터를 활용한 유아 교사들의 데이터 리터러시에 대한 국내⋅외 학술지 60여 편과 교육과정 문서, 교육부 웹페이지 등을 분석대상으로 삼았고, 빅데이터를 활용한 교사들의 역할과 교육철학, 윤리 등을 기준으로 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 교육목표가 딛고 있는 가치의 구성적 기반을 확고히 하는 역할이고 둘째, 미래 사회에서도 지속 가능한 교사의 교육철학적 원칙이 되며 셋째, 교사의 시간, 지속적인 교육 및 실제 경험과 연결해야 할 필요가 있으며 넷째, 본래의 동기 부여와 지속적인 관심을 촉진하며 다섯째, 교육을 조정하는 효과적인 의사결정에 적극 활용하는 것이고 여섯째, 책임감 있고 윤리적인 데이터를 사용하는 것이며 마지막으로, 각 교과과정의 집중적인 통합을 통해 데이터 활용 능력이 습득된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론 이를 위하여 유아교육에 적합한 자료를 선별하기 위한 유아교사를 위한 데이터 리터러시 교육이 이루어질 필요가 있음을 제안하는 바이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study investigated the data literacy of early childhood teachers using big data to determine what the direction of early childhood education should be in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Methods For this purpose, about 60 domestic and foreign academic journals on data literacy of early childhood teachers using big data, curriculum documents, and web pages of the Ministry of Education were analyzed. In addition, it was analyzed based on the role of teachers using big data, educational philosophy, and ethics. Results First, it is a role that solidifies the constitutive foundation of the values placed by the educational goal; second, it is a sustainable teacher s educational philosophical principle in the future society; third, it is necessary to connect it with the teacher s time, continuous education and practical experience; fourth, it promotes intrinsic motivation and sustained interest; fifth, it is actively used in effective decision-making to adjust education; sixth, it uses data responsibly and ethically and Finally, it was found that data utilization ability is acquired through intensive integration of each curriculum. Conclusions To this end, it is suggested that data literacy education for early childhood teachers is necessary to select materials suitable for early childhood education.
