간호대학생이 경험한 코로나바이러스 감염증-19 확산에 대한 인식

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 Q방법론을 통해 간호대학생이 경험한 코로나바이러스 감염증-19 확산에 대한 인식의 구조를 살펴보고 유형화함으로서 간호대학생의 유형별 특성을 이해하고 바람직한 신종감염병 대처향상을 위한 감염간호 교육 프로그램 개발의 전략을 제시하기 위해 시도되었다. 방법 Q모집단 구성을 위해 간호대학생이 경험한 코로나바이러스 감염증-19 확산에 대한 서면 인터뷰 내용과 코로나바이러스 감염증-19와 관련된 문헌고찰을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 중복되거나 의미가 모호한 문장을 추려내는 작업을 거쳐 총 34개의 Q 진술문이 추출되었다. Q 표본 진술문을 60명의 간호대학생에게 9점 척도의 정규분포표에 분류하도록 하였고, 이를 통해 수집된 자료는 pc-QUANAL 프로그램으로 자료분석하였다. 결과 분석결과, 간호대학생이 경험한 코로나바이러스 감염증-19 확산에 대한 인식유형은 4가지 유형이 확인되었다. 제 1유형은 새로운 사실 인지수긍형, 제 2유형은 일상변화 불편 감수형, 제 3유형은 인간관계 제한 아쉬움형, 제 4유형은 예비 간호사 준비형으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 간호대학에서는 감염간호에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있도록 하는 간호교육 프로그램 개발 및 신종감염병의 올바른 인식을 통해 전문직으로서의 간호업무를 수행할 수 있도록 돕는 교육매체 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 본다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to explore and typify the structure of nursing college students awareness of spreading coronavirus-19 pandemic experiences through Q methodology, understanding the type-specific characteristics of nursing college students and present strategies for developing infection care programs. It was attempted to understand the characteristics of different types of nursing college students and to present strategies for developing infection nursing education programs. Methods For the formation of the Q population, nursing college students conducted written interviews on their experience of spreading coronavirus-19 pandemic and literature reviews related to coronavirus-19. Based on the results derived from this, a total of 34 Q statements were extracted through the task of sorting out overlapping or ambiguous sentences. The Q sample statement was assigned to 60 nursing college students to be classified in a regular distribution table with a nine-point scale, and the data collected were analyzed using a pc-QUANAL program. Results The analysis identified four types of awareness of spreading coronavirus-19 in nursing college students. The first type was “the new fact-aware acceptance type”, the second type was the “inconvenience-sensitive of daily change type”, the third type was “the limited human relationship regret type”, and the fourth type was “the preliminary nurse preparation type”. Conclusions Through this study, nursing universities will be able to develop nursing education programs that can effectively cope with infectious manage nursing and develop educational strategies that to perform nursing tasks as professionals through proper recognition of new infectious diseases.
