간호대학생의 돌봄인성, 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생들의 돌봄인성과 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력 및 임상수행능력을 확인하고 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 G광역시와 J도에 소재한 3개 대학교의 간호학과에 재학중인 간호학생 185명에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Windows 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 임상수행능력은 돌봄인성(r=.674, p<.001), 의사소통능력(r=.647, p<.001), 문제해결능력(r=.629, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 회귀모형은 유의한 것으로 나타났으며(F=40.42, p<.001) 돌봄인성(β=.358)이 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 전공만족과 돌봄인성, 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력은 임상수행능력을 56.2% 설명하였다. 결론 임상수행능력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인이 돌봄인성이므로 가장 우선적으로 돌봄인성을 증진시키기 위한 프로그램이 필요할 것이다. 미래사회 인공지능 간호사에게 대체되지 않으려면 기능적 간호업무가 아닌 모성애에 기초한 돌봄인성이 겸비된 교육과정과 의사소통과 문제해결능력이 녹아들 수 있는 프로그램이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to identify caring-character, communication ability, problem solving ability and clinical competence of nursing students and to investigate the influencing factor on clinical competence. Methods A total of 185 nursing students were recruited from 3 nursing colleges in G metropolitan city and J Provinces. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS Windows 23.0 program. Results Caring-personality(r=.674, p<.001), communication skill(r=.647, p<.001), problem solving ability(r=.629, p<.001) were highly positive correlated with clinical competency. Factor influencing these three variables accounted for 56.2% of clinical competence. Conclusions Caring-character is the most influential factor in clinical performance, so programs will be needed first to promote care personality. In order not to be replaced by artificial intelligence nurses in the future, a curriculum based on motherhood, not functional nursing, and a program that can incorporate communication and problem-solving skills will be needed.
