가정방문 가족미술치료 프로그램이 중도입국 다문화가정 모-녀의 의사소통 향상과 관계회복에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 본 연구의 목적은 가정방문을 통한 가족 미술치료 프로그램 실시가 중도입국 청소년을 둔 모-녀의 의사소통 향상에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 방법 이를 위해 연구대상은 B시에 살고 있는 베트남 중도입국 청소년을 둔 다문화 가정의 모녀로서 2018년 9월부터 2019년 3월까지 주 1회, 90분씩 15회기를 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과검증을 위해 의사소통 유형검사와 가족 체계진단(FSDP) 검사, 그리고 동적 가족화(KFD) 실시로 사전·사후 검사 결과를 비교분석하였다. 결과 연구결과는 첫째, 본 연구는 기존의 선행연구와는 달리 연구자가 직접 가정으로 방문하여 프로그램을 진행함으로서 다문화 가족들의 직접적인 문제점을 파악하고 가족이 함께 해결방안을 찾게 했다는 점이다. 둘째, 모-녀가 함께 프로그램에 참여함으로서 서로의 마음을 알게 하여 의사소통에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다는 점이다. 셋째, 가정방문 가족미술치료 프로그램은 소통단절을 겪고 있는 모-녀의 의사소통을 향상시키고 관계를 회복하는데 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 결론 이를 통해 가정방문 가족미술치료 프로그램은 가족이 함께 미술매체를 활용하여 표현하고 대화를 통해 마음 속 이야기를 나누게 함으로서 가족 간의 의사소통 향상과 관계회복에 긍정적인 도움을 준다는 것을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate how the implementation of a family art therapy program through home visits affects the communication improvement of mothers and daughters with immigrant adolescents. Methods The subject of this study was a multicultural family with young immigrants from Vietnam living in city B. From September 2018 to March 2019, 15 sessions of 90 minutes each were conducted once a week. To verify the effectiveness of the program, the results of the pre- and post-test were compared and analyzed by the communication type test, the family system diagnosis (FSDP) test, and the dynamic familialization (KFD) test. Results The results of this study are that, unlike previous studies, this study identified the direct problems of multicultural families by visiting the researcher s home and conducting the program, and allowed the families to find solutions together. Second, by participating in the program together, mothers and daughters got to know each other and had a positive effect on communication. Third, it was confirmed that the home visit family art therapy program was effective in improving communication and restoring relationships between mothers and daughters who are experiencing communication breakdown. Conclusions Through this, it was confirmed that the home visit family art therapy program provides positive help in improving communication between family members and restoring relationships by allowing families to express themselves using art media together and share stories in their hearts through dialogue.
