육군 군사학교 교관의 교수역량 모델링

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 육군 군사학교 교관의 교수역량 모델링을 통해 교수역량을 정의하고, 교수역량의 상위 및 하위영역의 구성요소를 밝히기 위해 수행되었다. 방법 먼저 교수역량 모델링 관련 선행연구 자료를 수집하고 분석(’21년 1~3월)하였으며, 이어서 3~5월에 육군 군사학교 우수교관(21명)과의 초점집단면담, 행동사건면담 등 심층 면담 분석과 교육전문가 델파이 조사(14명)를 통해 교수역량 정의 및 구성요소에 대해 도출하였다. 또한 역량모델링 검증을 위해 6~8월에 우수·보통 교관들에게 설문지로 예비조사(100명)를 진행하였으며 잠정 구성된 교수역량 구성요소에 대해 통계적으로 타당도 및 신뢰도를 분석하여 확인하였다. 결과 군사학교 교관의 교수역량으로 4개의 역량군(기본역량, 수업역량, 조직역량, 디지털역량), 11개의 상위역량(교육자로서의 태도 및 자세, 관계형성 등), 27개의 하위역량(교관으로서의 책임감, 솔선수범 등), 100개의 행동지표가 선정되었다. 척도의 신뢰도는 .80 이상으로 높게 나타났다. 결론 본 연구에서 도출된 군사학교 교수역량은 군 교육훈련 현장에서 교관이 성공적으로 임무를 수행하기 위해 어떤 교수역량을 개발해야 하는가에 대한 정보를 제공한다. 또한, 연구의 결과는 향후 교수역량 진단도구 개발 및 이에 기초한 교수역량 강화 프로그램 개발 등을 통해 군사학교 교육의 질 제고에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

Objectives Purpose In this study, the definition of teaching competence was established by modeling the teaching competency of military school instructors in the Army, and the composition of upper and lower areas was developed. In addition, preliminary investigations were conducted to identify the teaching competency components of military school instructors through feasibility verification and reliability analysis. Methods First, prior research data related to teaching competency modeling were collected and analyzed (from January to March 21), followed by in-depth interviews such as focus group interviews with excellent military school instructors (21) and behavioral event interviews (14 students). In addition, in order to verify competency modeling, a preliminary survey (100 students) was conducted on excellent and ordinary instructors from June to August as a questionnaire, and statistically validity and reliability were analyzed and confirmed for the tentatively constructed teaching competency components. Results By verifying the validity and reliability of the results, the teaching competence of military school instructors was selected for four competencies (basic competence, teaching competence, organizational competence, digital competence), 11 higher competence (teacher attitude and posture, relationship formation, etc.), 27 lower competence (teacher responsibility, initiative, etc.) and 100 action indicators. The reliability of the scale showed a high confidence of more than .80. Conclusions It is valuable as the first teaching competency modeling study for all military school instructors, and it has been expanded from lecture competency-oriented studies revealed in previous studies to find organizational and digital competencies. In the future, it is necessary to create a professor s competency diagnosis tool after a full-scale survey of instructors, and based on this, it is necessary to supplement the limitations of this research through effect analysis by implementing follow-up education programs.
