학습조직이론의 관점에서 4차 산업혁명시대 대학교육의 질적 개선에 대한 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 대학교육 경험을 중심으로 학습조직이론의 관점에서 4차 산업혁명시대 대학교육의 질적 개선에 대해 연구하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 대학교육에서 대학생이 경험한 질 높은 대학교육의 특징을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 4차 산업혁명시대 대학교육에 대한 질적 개선 방안을 도출하였다. 방법 본 연구에서는 D대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 10명을 대상으로 성찰일지 작성과 심층면담을 통하여 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 대학교육에 대한 경험을 분석하는 과정에서 Senge(1990)의 학습조직이론을 개념적 틀로 활용하였다. 결과 첫째, 4차 산업혁명시대 질 높은 대학의 특징은 학생들의 창의성 함양을 위해 노력하는 대학, 학생들의 의견을 존중하는 대학, 교수와 학생이 소통하는 대학, 교수가 배우는 대학, 학생이 스스로 학습하는 대학, 교수와 학생의 역량 함양을 위해 지원하는 대학으로 나타났다. 둘째, 4차 산업혁명시대 대학교육의 질적 개선 방안은 대학조직의 시대의 가치 추구를 강조한 창의적 인재를 양성하는 대학, 학생의 주체성을 강조한 학생이 만들어 가는 대학, 교수와 학생의 상호작용을 강조한 의사소통을 통해 문제를 해결하는 대학, 교수와 학생의 학습을 강조한 배움을 통해 지속적으로 성장하는 대학, 대학조직의 책임감을 강조한 창의적 인재 양성을 위한 교육환경을 구축하는 대학으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구 결과에 기초하여 4차 산업혁명시대 미래형 대학 구현을 위한 대학교육의 질적 개선 방안에 대한 제언은 시대의 변화에 대응하여 대학조직의 자율성 보장, 대학조직의 학습문화 구축, 대학조직과 지역사회의 협력 체계 구축으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to study the qualitative improvement of university education in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era from the perspective of learning organization theory focusing on university students’ experiences of the university education. Methods In this study, data were collected and analyzed by writing a reflection journal and in-depth interview with 10 students enrolled in University D. In this study, Senge (1990) s learning organization theory was used as a conceptual framework in the process of analyzing university students experiences of university education. Results First, the characteristics of high-quality universities in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era were universities that strive to nurture students creativity, universities that respect students opinions, universities where professors and students communicate, universities where professors strive to learn, universities where students strive to self-study, and universities that supports the development of competence of professors and students. Second, the measures to improve the quality of university education in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era were a university that nurtures creative talents emphasizing the value pursuit of the times of the university organization, a university created by students emphasizing the subjectivity of students, a university that solves problems through communication emphasizing the interaction of professors and students, a university that continuously grows through learning emphasizing the learning of professors and students, and a university that builds an educational environment for nurturing talented people emphasizing the responsibility of the university organization. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, suggestions on how to improve the quality of university education for the realization of a future university in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era are provided to ensure autonomy of the university organization in response to the changes of the times, establish a learning culture in the university organization, and to establish a cooperative system of university organization and local community.
