협동학습 기반 자아존중감 프로그램이 유아의 자아존중감과 리더십 및 정서지능에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 협동학습을 기반으로 한 유아 자아존중감 프로그램이 유아의 자아존중감과 리더십 그리고 정서지능에 미치는 효과성을 검증하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 협동학습 기반 유아 자아존중감 프로그램을 구성하고 그 효과를 분석하였다. 방법 구성된 프로그램을 15주간 총 15회 실험집단(25명)에 실시하고 비교집단(25명)에 누리과정 내용 적용 프로그램을 실시한 후 유아의 자아존중감 리더십 및 정서지능에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지 분석하였으며, 자아존중감에 대하여 4명의 유아를 대상으로 반복측정을 실시하여 자아존중감 변화양상을 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 협동학습 기반 유아 자아존중감 프로그램은 유아의 자아존중감과 리더십에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었으나 유아의 정서지능에는 통계적으로 유의미한 효과가 나타나지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 정서지능에 미치는 영향을 반복측정 한 결과 각 유아가 회기별로 다른 양상의 변화를 보였지만 모든 유아에게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 양적인 연구 결과와 더불어 후속 연구에서는 좀 더 장기적이고 심층적인 질적 연구가 필요하며, 자아존중감 프로그램의 효과를 더 확실하게 규명할 수 있는 연구가 필요함을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the self-esteem program for young children based on cooperative learning. To the pursuit the goals, a self-esteem program for young children based on cooperative learning was developed. Methods The developed program was conducted in a total of 15 working groups for 15 weeks to analyze the effects of infants self-esteem, leadership and emotional intelligence and for self-esteem, repetitive measurements were performed on four young children to analyze changes in self-esteem. Results The results are as the follows; first the cooperative learning-based infant self-esteem program developed in this study was found to have a positive effect on infants self-esteem leadership and was analyzed to have a positive effect on infants leadership. In addition, as a result of repeated measurements of the effect on emotional intelligence, it was found that each infant showed a different currency for each session, but had a positive effect on all young children. Conclusions On the basis of these results, in addition to quantitative research results, the need for research that can more reliably verify the effectiveness of the self-esteem program by conducting more long-term and in-depth qualitative research in subsequent studies to more clearly verify the effectiveness of self-respect programs.
