국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 보육교사가 인식하는 일-삶 균형과 행복감의 관계에서 직무만족도가 매개역할을 하는지 알아보는 것이다. 방법 이를 위해 J지역 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였으며 상관분석과 매개분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사의 일-삶 균형, 직무만족도, 행복감 간에 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 일-삶 균형과 행복감의 관계에서 직무만족도는 부분 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구에서는 보육교사의 일-삶 균형, 직무만족도, 행복감 간의 의미있는 관계를 밝혔으며, 일-삶 균형과 행복감의 관계에서 직무만족도가 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 기반으로 보육교사의 일-삶 균형과 행복감을 연결하는 매개요인으로 직무만족도에 대한 이해를 확장시켰으며 보육교사의 일-삶 균형과 행복감을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate whether job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between work-life balance and happiness perceived by childcare teachers. Methods To this end, a survey was conducted on childcare teachers working at daycare centers in the J area. For the collected data, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation were calculated using the SPSS 24.0 statistical program, and correlation and mediation analysis were performed. Results The research results are as follows. First, as a result of examining the relationships among childcare teachers work-life balance, job satisfaction, and happiness, the significant positive correlations were found between each variable. Second, as a result of examining the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between work-life balance and happiness of childcare teachers, it was found that job satisfaction plays a partial mediating role. Conclusions In this study, the meaningful relationship among work-life balance, job satisfaction, and happiness of childcare teachers was revealed, and it was confirmed that job satisfaction had a mediating effect on the relationship between work-life balance and happiness. Based on the research results, the understanding of job satisfaction as a mediating factor linking childcare teachers work-life balance and happiness was expanded, and the ways to improve work-life balance and happiness of childcare teachers were discussed.
