유아 놀권리에 대한 어머니 인식이 유아 행복감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아 놀권리에 대한 어머니 인식이 유아 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 어머니 놀이참여의 매개효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 전라남도 지역에 위치한 유아기 자녀를 양육중인 부모 335명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 설문 문항에 대한 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 Cronbach α 계수로 산출하였고, 어머니의 유아 놀권리에 대한 인식, 놀이참여, 유아 행복감 간의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 Pearson 적률상관분석을 실시하였으며, 유아 놀권리에 대한 어머니 인식이 유아 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 어머니의 놀이참여가 매개효과를 발휘하는지 살펴보기 위하여 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과로는 첫째, 유아 놀권리에 대한 어머니 인식, 놀이참여 및 유아 행복감과 각각의 하위요인 간에 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 놀권리에 대한 어머니 인식이 유아 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 어머니 놀이참여의 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 이는 유아의 놀 권리 존중과 유아 행복감 향상을 위한 부모교육 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effects of mothers participation in play from the impact on happiness of young children of mothers awareness about young children s right to play. For this study, the survey was conducted on three hundred thirty-five parents raising their young children in Jeollanam-do. The collected data is computed by a Cronbach coefficient and Pearson s ration Correlation. Lastly, Baron and Kenny s three-steps of Mediating Regression Analysis (1986) was conducted to see if mothers participation in play shows mediating effect from the impact on happiness of young children of mothers awareness about young children s right to play. The result of the study first of all is that there was a significant static correlation in between mothers awareness about young children s right to play, participation in play and the happiness of young children, and each subfactor. Second, the partial mediating effect of mothers participation in play was appeared in the effect of the mothers awareness of right to play on the happiness of young children. It is believed that the results will be used as basic data for the development of parent education to respect young children s right to play and improve their happiness.
