전공핵심역량에 따른 반려동물전공 역량진단 문항 개발을 위한 델파이 조사 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 반려동물관련 산업 인재를 육성하기 위한 대학 교육의 중요성을 인지하고 이와 관한 전문인력 양성을 위한 대학의 반려동물관련 전공 역량을 진단할 수 있는 지표를 개발하기 위함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 일차적으로 선행연구들을 분석하여 반려동물전공 전공핵심역량지표에 대한 기초문항을 작성한 후 전문가를 통한 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 전문가 델파이 조사는 총 2차(2019년 10월~12월)에 걸쳐서 실시하였고, 전문가 의견수렴 자료는 기초통계자료, 수렴도(.00~.50미만), CVR(.49이상), 사분범위, 합의도(.75이상)로 분석하였으며 전문가들의 주관적인 의견과 함께 분석한 후, 최종 역량지표 항목 추출을 위해 전문가와의 협의를 진행하였다. 그 결과 초기 역량지표 항목은 문헌분석에서 추출되어 4개 역량군(창의역량, 의사소통역량, 리더십역량, 공동체역량)의 8개 하위역량, 12개의 내용요소, 60문항 이였으나 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사 후, 문항의 내용을 수정, 추가 및 삭제하고 최종적으로 4개 역량군(창의역량, 의사소통역량, 리더십역량, 공동체역량)의 8개 하위역량, 12개의 내용요소, 54문항으로 전공핵심 역량진단 항목을 구성하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to recognize the importance of university education to foster animal-related industrial talent and to develop indicators to diagnose universities ability to major in pet-related majors to foster professionals. For this purpose, the prior studies were analyzed first, and basic questions were prepared for the core competency index of pet majors, and Delphi investigation was conducted through experts. The expert Delphi survey was conducted over a total of 2nd (October to December 2019) and the expert opinion collection data were analyzed in basic statistics, convergence (less than 0.00 to.50), CVR (.49 or higher), quadrants, and agreement (.75 or higher) with experts for discussion with the final competency index. As a result, the initial capability indicators were extracted from the literature analysis and 8 sub-capacity, 12 content elements, 60 questions from 4 competencies (creativity, communication, leadership, and community capabilities), but after two Delphi surveys, the final 4 competencies (creative capacity, 12 communication skills, 12 communication).
