예비 유아교사의 회복탄력성이 생애핵심능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비 유아교사의 생애핵심능력과 회복탄력성의 경향성을 살펴보고 이들 간의 관련성과 영향력을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 소재 4년제 대학의 유아교육과 학생 189명이었으며 대상 평균연령은 만 19.82세(SD= 2.09)이었다. 53개 문항으로 구성된 한국형 회복탄력성 지수 검사(KRQ-53)와 134개 문항으로 구성된 생애능력 측정 도구를 사용하여 2019년 10월 7일부터 28일까지 자가보고식 설문을 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 Pearson 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 예비유아교사의 회복탄력성은 전체적으로 ‘보통이상’ 수준이며 생애핵심능력은 ‘보통’ 수준으로 나타났다. 회복탄력성의 세부 항목으로는 대인관계능력이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 그 중에서도 자아확장력이 높게 나타났다. 상관분석결과 예비유아교사의 회복탄력성과 생애핵심능력의 하위요인들 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 회복탄력성 중 자기 조절능력의 원인분석력과 대인관계의 공감능력은 생애핵심능력의 모든 하위요소와 높은 상관을 나타냈다. 회귀분석결과 예비 유아교사의 생애핵심능력은 자기조절능력, 대인관계, 긍정성 순으로 유의한 설명력을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 원인분석력과 공감능력은 예비유아교사들의 생애핵심능력의 중요한 예언변인이었다. 본 연구결과는 생애핵심능력 증진을 위한 기초자료 및 양질의 전문적인 유아교사 구현을 위한 방안 데이터를 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of life core competencies and resilience of pre-service early childhood teachers, and to investigate the relationship and influence between them. The participants of this study were 189 students from the early childhood education department in Gyeonggi area. The KRQ-53 and The Life Core Competency Scale were distributed from October 7 to 28, 2019, and SPSS 22.0 was used for descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, Multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: First, the resilience of pre-service early childhood teachers were at the level of “above average” and the core abilities of life were at the level of “average”. Second, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the resilience of pre-service early childhood teachers and the sub-factors of life core competence. Third, life core competencies of pre-service early childhood teachers had significant explanatory power in the order of self-regulation, interpersonal relationships, and positivity. In particular, the ability to analyze causes and empathy could be explained as important predictive variables of the life core competencies of pre-service early childhood teachers. The results of this study have implication in that they present basic data for improving life core competencies and plan data for realizing high-quality professional kindergarten teachers.
