국문 초록

본 연구에서는 교사들의 영재교육 연수경험 유무와 영재학생 지도경험 유무에 따른 영재이미지 차이를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 구글 온라인 설문으로 교사연수에 참여한 전국의 초⋅중⋅고 교사들 274명의 자료를 수집하여 NetMiner 4.0으로 언어네트워크분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 영재교육 연수경험이 있는 집단과 영재학생 지도경험이 있는 집단은 창의성 뿐만 아니라 몰입, 과제집착력, 끈기, 독서, 호기심 같은 지속적인 노력의 이미지를, 영재교육 연수경험이 없는 집단과 영재학생 지도경험이 없는 집단은 창의성과 함께 뛰어나다, 천재, IQ, 재능, 안경 같은 외형적 이미지 선입견과 함께 타고난 능력으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 네트워크 시각화 결과, 영재교육 연수경험이 있는 집단과 영재학생 지도경험이 있는 집단은 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 공통된 영재 이미지를 많이 공유하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 영재교육 연수경험 유무와 영재학생 지도경험 유무에 따른 영재의 이미지 차이를 알아봄으로써 영재교육 교원연수의 필요성과 연수의 방향을 제시하는데 기초 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in the image of the gifted according to the teachers experience in gifted education training program and the teaching experience of gifted students. To this end, the data of 274 elementary, middle and high school teachers from all over the country who participated in the teacher training program were collected through a Google online survey, and a language network analysis was conducted with NetMiner 4.0. Analysis. As a result, the group with experience in gifted education training program and the group with experience in teaching gifted students show not only creativity, but also images of continuous efforts such as immersion, task commitment, persistence, reading, and curiosity. The group with no experience was found to be perceived as outstanding with creativity, genius, IQ, talent, and external image preconceived such as glasses. In addition, as a result of the network visualization, it was found that the group with experience in gifted education training and the group with experience in teaching gifted students share more common images of gifted children than the group with no experience. This study is considered to be the basic data for presenting the necessity and direction of teacher training program for the gifted education.
