국문 초록

지능정보화 시대에 우리나라 교원 연수가 과거와 달리 점점 생활 교양을 익히는 온라인 강좌 위주로 시간을 채우는 형태로 진행되어, 교원이 학생 생활지도 및 수업 지도를 잘하는 능력을 증진하는데 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 중학교 교원역량 배양을 위한 핵심 프로젝트를 개발하고 교원 연수 프로그램을 시범적으로 구안해보는 것이다. 지능정보사회 대비 교원의 핵심역량 관련 선행 연구 및 교원 연수 프로그램에 대한 선행 연구 탐색 및 시사점을 도출하였다. 또한, 중학교 교원 대상으로 핵심 프로젝트 주제를 발굴하고 핵심 프로젝트 초안과 수정안 개발 및 타당도를 검토하여 교원 연수 전문가를 대상으로 한 핵심 프로젝트 최종안을 개발하였다. 특히 현장적용의 일반화를 위해 전문가 컨설팅을 통한 타당화 과정을 거쳐 적용 가능성을 높였으며 시·도교육청 연수원에서 재구성하여 활용할 수 있도록 호환성을 높이도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 핵심 프로젝트는 변화 대응 역량 함양을 위한 메이커 교육이다. 연수 프로그램은 30시간을 기본 단위로 하며 대부분 이론적 강의는 앞부분에서 5시간 내외이고, 나머지는 연수수강자들이 직접 조사, 토의토론, 사례연구, 현장 탐방, 현장 체험 등을 통해 직접 해보아서 알 수 있고, 할 수 있는 것으로 개발하였다. 이를 바탕으로 교원 연수에서 필요한 핵심역량을 기르기 위해서는 그 수단이 되는 핵심 프로젝트를 다양한 분야에서 발굴하고 이를 연수교재로 개발할 수 있다. 따라서 교원 연수에서 핵심 프로젝트를 개발하여 수행하는 것은 핵심역량을 보다 더 구체적인 교원의 활동 분야와 그 역할과 자질, 교원의 직급, 경력 등에서 발생하는 다양한 사태에서 문제 해결에 필요한 구체적인 역량과 연계하는 가교적 기능을 익히는 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

As teacher training in Korea is conducted with more focusing on online lectures to teach practical liberal arts when compared to the past, this study contains the reflection that there is a limit for teachers to actually improve the ability to instruct student life guidance and teaching ability. Therefore, this study is to develop a core project for cultivating middle school teacher competency and to design a teacher training program on a pilot basis. Precedent research related to the key competency of teachers in preparation for an intelligent information society and precedent research on teacher training programs were searched and implications were derived.In addition, the core-project topics were discovered for middle school teachers, and the draft and amendment of the core-project were developed and the validity was reviewed to develop the final draft of the core-project for the teacher training experts.In particular, for the generalization of field application, the possibility of application was increased through a validation process through expert consulting, and the compatibility was improved so that it can be reorganized and used at the training centers of metropolitan and provincial offices of education. The core project developed in this study is maker education to cultivate change response capabilities. This program has 30 hours as a basic unit and most theoretical lectures are conducted about 5 hours at the beginning. The rest of the hours are developed for training participants to learn directly through conducting training including survey, discussion, case studies, field trips, field experiences and etc. In order to increase key competencies required for teacher training, core-projects that serve as a means can be discovered in various fields and developed as training materials. By developing and carrying out core-projects in teacher training, it is expected to teach cross-linking function that connects key competencies with specific capabilities required to solve problems in a variety of situations arising from more specific teacher activity areas, their roles and qualification, teacher positions and careers.
