국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지학과 대학생을 위한 직무역량 척도를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 관련 선행연구 고찰과 예비 설문문항을 위한 전문가 내용 타당도를 검토 후 5개 요인, 74개 문항의 예비문항을 개발하였다. 온라인 패널을 이용하여 106명의 사회복지학과 재학생을 대상으로 한 설문 결과를 종합하여 탐색적 요인 분석을 통해 3개요인 25문항을 추출하였다. 3요인 모형의 적합성을 검증하기 위해 2차 조사에 실시한 확인적 요인분석을 통해 구인타당도를 확보하였다. 이밖에도 공인타당도를 검증하기 위하여 진로자기효능감척도, 진로적응성척도를 활용하여 개발된 직무역량척도 간의 상관분석을 실시하여 세 척도간의 높은 상관을 보고하였다. 이를 바탕으로 사회복지학과 재학생의 진로역량, 취업역량 향상을 위한 상담 및 전공교과, 비교과 프로그램 활용에 필요한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a scale to measure job competencies for college students majoring in social welfare. Related literatures were reviewed, then survey items were developed. Experts examined the items for contents validity; five factors consist of 74 items were drawn for study 1. In study 1, 106 university students majoring in social welfare participated through online. Exploratory factor analysis identified three factors(job efficacy, field coping ability, and ethical attitude) consist of 25 items. Data for study 2 were collected through online; confirmatory factor analysis was conducted. This analysis provided cross-validation of the three factor model as well as evidence for construct validity of the scale. Afterwards, correlation coefficients between CDMSES-SF(Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form), CAAS(Career Adapt-Ability Scale), and the developed scale were calculated; the developed scale has significant correlation with other two, which indicates the developed scale has good concurrent validity. Based on these results, we discussed this study’s implication and limitations, and suggested the possible applications of the developed scale.
