비대면 전면 전환 학습경험: 상담전공생을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 상담전공생 중심으로 비대면 학습 전면 전환경험에 대해 질적 방법으로 본질을 규명하고자 했다. 이를 바탕으로 갈수록 비대면화 되어가는 학습 환경에서 학습자 중심의 상담교육의 방법과 새로운 교수와 학습자의 요소를 찾는 데 기초자료를 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 연구 참여자는 비대면 학습경험이 있는 상담전공 학부생 8명이다. 수집기간은 2020년 5월 말부터 6월초까지 진행되었다. 분석은 Colaizzi의 방법을 활용했다. 그 결과, 157개의 구성의미(formulated meaning)와 46개의 주제(themes)와 19개의 주제군(them clusters)을 통해서 7개의 범주(categories)가 최종 도출 되었다. 7개의 범주는 ‘갑자기 찾아 온 미래’, ‘위축된 소통과 행동패턴’, ‘준비되지 않은 환경’, ‘양가적 태도 형성’, ‘주도적 학습 상황 인식’, ‘체계적 학습 전략 활용’, ‘미래지향적 학습을 기대함’이었다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 상담전공 학부생들의 비대면 전환 학습경험의 구조적 본질을 기술하고 상담전공 학부생들의 경험현상에 대해 논의하였고 연구의 의의와 한계점에 따른 후속연구를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the essence in a qualitative way about the non-face-to-face learning transition experience centered on counseling majors. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to present basic data for finding a method of counseling education centered on learners and finding new teaching and learner elements in an increasingly non-faceted learning environment. The participants in the study are 8 undergraduate students with non-face-to-face learning experience. The data collection period was from late May to early June 2020. The analysis method was used as the phenomenological method of Colaizzi. As a result, 157 formalized means, 46 themes and 19 theme clusters resulted in seven categories. The 7 categories were ‘a sudden visit to the future’, ‘atrophied communication and behavior pattern’, ‘an unprepared environment’, ‘ambivalent attitude’, ‘Self-directed learning situation recognition’, ‘utilizing systematic learning strategies’, and ‘expecting future-oriented learning’. These results describe the structural essence of non-face-to-face learning experiences of undergraduates majoring in counseling. The experiences of undergraduates in counseling major were discussed and follow-up studies were suggested based on the significance and limitations of the research.
