유아 재난안전교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 요구도 및 중요도-실행도 차이 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 재난안전교육 프로그램 개발을 위해 유아 재난안전교육 프로그램 목표, 내용, 방법에 대한 유아 연령에 따른 요구도와 재난안전 프로그램 내용에 대한 교사의 중요성과 실행도의 차이를 살펴보았다. 연구방법은 391명의 유아교사들에게 설문조사를 실시하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사들은 재난안전교육 프로그램의 공통적인 목표로 ‘훈련을 반복적으로 경험하고 대피하는 방법을 안다’를 요구하였으며 연령에 따라 다른 목표의 요구도를 제안하였다. 또한 내용, 방법에 있어서도 연령에 따라 요구도를 다르게 나타냈다. 둘째, 유아 화재 안전의 경우, 중요도와 실행도가 모두 높은 내용은 ‘화재발생시 대피방법’, ‘화재발생시 대피장소’, ‘화재발생시 신고방법’, ‘화재유형별 대처요령’으로 나타났다. 자연재난의 경우, 중요도와 실행도가 높은 영역은 ‘지진 발생시 대처요령’, ‘황사 및 미세먼지 발생시 대처 요령’으로 나타났다. 사회재난 안전의 경우, 중요도와 실행도가 모두 높은 내용은 ‘폭발 및 붕괴사고시 대처요령’, ‘폭발 및 붕괴사고시 대피장소’, ‘폭탄폭발 발생시 대피요령’, ‘감염병 발생시 대처요령’으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 유아 연령별 요구도와 교사의 실행도를 반영한 효율적인 재난안전교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to investigate the needs of young children disaster safety education program as a basic research to develop disaster safety education program. For this, 391 teachers of young children’s classes were surveyed to analyze teacher’s demand for the program and importance-performance degree analysis(IPA) regarding disaster safety education content. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, the teachers demanded for ‘know how to evacuate for disasters through repeated training as a common goal of the disaster safety education program, and suggested different goals according to age. Secondly, For the topic of fire safety, the domain with both high degree of importance and high degree of performance turned out to be ‘how to deal with fire type’ and ‘fire evacuation methods’, ‘fire evacuation sites’, ‘fire reporting methods’. For the topic of natural disasters, the domain with both high degree of importance and high degree of performance turned out to be ‘how to deal with dust pollution’ as well as ‘how to cope in the event of earthquakes’. For the topic of man-made disasters, the domain with both high degree of importance and high degree of performance turned out to be ‘how to deal with explosion’ and ‘building collapse’, ‘escape methods in bomb explosions’, ‘evacuation sites in case of explosion and building collapse’, ‘how to deal with infectious diseases’. The result of this research will be used as basic data to develop a model of young children disaster safety education program.
