대학생의 노후준비인식 유형화 및 영향요인 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 대학생들을 대상으로 노후준비인식 수준에 따라 노인지식수준 차이를 알아보고 대학생의 노인지식변인이 노후준비인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 대구·경북지역 대학생 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 노후준비인식에 대한 군집분석 결과 두개 군집으로 분류했을 때 가장 잘 설명되는 것으로 나타났다. 군집I은 우수집단(N=154)으로 군집II는 미흡집단(N=96)으로 명명하였다. 둘째, 대학생의 노인지식은 우수집단이 미흡집단 보다 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 각 군집별 교차분석 결과, 전공, 국민연금의 노후생활 도움여부, 노인시설 이용에 관한 견해, 노인지식 등에서 통계적으로 유의미하며 노후준비인식과 관련 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 학년이 높을수록, 복지관련 전공일수록, 국민연금의 노후생활 도움정도가 높다고 인식할수록, 노인시설이용에 관한 견해가 긍정적일수록 노후준비인식이 높은 양상을 보였다. 본 연구는 노후준비인식 수준이 높은 집단과 낮은 집단의 유의한 관련 변인들을 서로 비교해 봄으로써, 대학생의 노후준비인식 수준에 따른 노후준비인식 개선을 위한 시사점을 제시해보고자 하는데 연구의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구는 상징적 상호작용적 관점에서 고령화에 대한 대학생들의 균형적 노후준비인식에 대한 이해도를 높이고, 노후준비인식의 향상 방안을 모색하는데서 함의를 찾아볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the balanced retirement readiness awareness among university students in terms of the developmental stages of their individual life cycle designs. A total of 250 parts were used in the analysis, conducted through a questionnaire survey of university students attending Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province. The major findings are as follows: First, The retirement readiness awareness was shown to be the best when classified into two clusters. Cluster I was named the Sperior Group (N=154) and Cluster II was named the Inferior Group (N=96). Second, the geriatric knowledge among university students is higher than that of poor groups. Third, the cross-analysis of each cluster showed that the major, the National Pension Service s support for old life, views on the use of senior citizens facilities, and the geriatric knowledge were statistically significant and related to retirement readiness awareness. Fourth, multiple regression analyses were statistically significant in the variables of ‘grades , ‘whether the national pension is assisted by the life of the aged , ‘opinions on the use of senior citizens facilities , and ‘geriatric knowledge . A superior group had higher retirement readiness awareness as grades went up from year after year. This shows that there are differences in groups depending on the recognition of university students for retirement readiness awareness. The study is meaningful in raising university students balanced retirement readiness awareness from a symbolic interactive perspective.
