주제별 발달장애인 평생교육과정의 개념 및 방향성에 대한 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 발달장애인 평생교육과정의 방향성과 6대 주제 영역별 요구를 확인하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 관련 전문가 집단과 발달장애인의 보호자(학부모)를 대상으로 2019년 9월 15일과 2019년 10월 13일에 초점집단면담을 수행하였다. 면담자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 방향성에 있어서 모든 발달장애인의 삶을 포괄할 수 있도록 평생교육과정이 개발되어야 하며, 이를 위해 발달장애인의 참여가 확대되어야 한다. 참여확대 차원에서 영역별 분류는 유연성을 확보해야 하고 수요자 중심의 교육내용이 충분히 반영되어야 한다. 둘째, 개별 주제 영역에 있어서는 직업능력교육은 직업의 의미 확장, 문화예술교육은 문화예술의 향유, 기초문해교육은 생활연령에 적합한 내용구성, 학력보완교육은 생활중심의 편성, 시민참여교육은 성인발달장애인의 자존감 형성, 인문교양교육은 장애수용으로 자아정체감 확립 등의 논의가 전개되었다. 끝으로 발달장애인 평생교육에서는 다차원적인 경험을 제공할 수 있는 전문 인력의 양성. 배치의 지원체계가 마련되어야 함을 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the direction of lifelong curriculum for people with developmental disabilities and the needs of the six main subject areas. To this end, a focus group interview was conducted with a group of related experts and guardians (parents) of persons with developmental disabilities. The results of the interview data analysis are as follows. First, the lifelong education curriculum should be developed to cover the lives of all developmentally disabled people in direction, and for this, participation of the developmentally disabled people should be expanded. In order to expand participation, the classification of each area should secure flexibility and sufficiently reflect consumer-oriented education. Second, in the individual subject areas, vocational competency education expands the meaning of the profession, cultural and arts education enjoys the enjoyment of culture and arts, basic literacy education composes contents suitable for life age, educational supplementary education organizes life-oriented, and citizen participation education is adults Discussions such as the formation of self-esteem of people with developmental disabilities and the establishment of self-identity as a liberal arts education were held. Lastly, in lifelong education for people with developmental disabilities, nurturing professional manpower capable of providing multidimensional experiences. It is suggested that a support system for deployment should be in place.
