예비유아교사의 교사효능감 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사 교사효능감 연구의 동향을 연구 연도, 연구유형, 교사효능감 종류, 측정도구, 연구주제에 따라 분석하여 그 간의 연구 성과를 밝히고 연구 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 분석 대상은 2000년부터 2019년까지 한국연구재단 등재(후보)지에 게재된 예비유아교사 교사효능감 논문 199편이다. 연구 결과, 예비유아교사 교사효능감 연구는 20년 동안 매년 평균 10편정도 게재되었는데, 2000년대 중반부터 증가하기 시작하여 2013년 이후부터 최근까지 매우 활발하게 이루어졌다. 연구유형은 양적연구(83.9%), 혼합연구(13.6%), 질적 연구(2.5%)의 순으로, 질적 연구를 제외한 연구유형들은 연구시기 경과에 따라 증가하는 경향이었다. 교사효능감 종류는 전반적 교사효능감 외에 누리과정 전 영역의 교수효능감이 연구되었는데 특히 과학, 수학, 다문화 및 음악 교수효능감 연구에 편중된 경향이었다. 측정도구는 외국 측정도구의 번안 및 재구성 도구가 대부분으로 Enochs와 Riggs(1990)의 과학교수효능감이 다양한 종류의 교사효능감 연구에 가장 빈번하게 사용되었다. 연구 주제는 교사효능감 관련 변인 연구(64.3%)와 교사효능감 증진 프로그램 연구(34.2%)가 대부분을 차지하였는데, 두 주제 모두 2000년대 후반부터 최근까지 가파른 증가 추세를 보였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 예비유아교사 교사효능감 연구의 방향을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze trends of early childhood pre-service teachers’ teacher efficacy according to the year of study, type of research, types of teacher efficacy, measurement tools, and research topics. The subjects of analysis were 199 papers on teacher efficacy for early childhood pre-service teacher published in the Korea Research Foundation. As a result, teacher efficacy research has been published for an average of 10 articles per year for 20 years, starting to increase in the mid-2000s and becoming very active since 2013. Except for qualitative research, research types tended to increase with the course of the study. The types of teacher efficacy were variously studied throughout the Nuri curriculum, but they tended to be focused on teaching efficacy of the science, multi-cultural, mathematics, and music. Most of the measuring tools are the translation and reconstruction tools of foreign measuring instruments, and the science teaching efficacy belief instrument of Enochs and Riggs(1990) was the most widely used in the study of teaching efficacy. The research topics were mostly related to teacher efficacy-related variables(64.3%) and teacher efficacy improvement program research(34.2%). The study on teacher efficacy-related variables has increased significantly from the late 2000s to recent years. Program research tended to increase rather slowly. For each analysis criterion, the results of the early childhood pr-service teachers’ teacher efficacy research were discussed.
