보육교사 권리존중 척도 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 영유아 보육현장에서 보육교사가 느끼는 교사 권리존중 수준을 측정하는 척도를 개발하고 그에 대한 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰과 포커스그룹 인터뷰 내용을 중심으로 예비문항을 구성하였으며 보육교사 456명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료에 대하여 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하고 이를 기초로 척도의 타당성과 신뢰도를 검증하기 위한 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 최종 4요인(근로환경권, 보육과정 운영 자율권, 어린이집 운영 참여권, 신분보장권) 19문항이 추출되었다. 개발된 척도의 신뢰도 Cronbach’ α의 값은 .88로 나타났고, 타당도 검증을 통해 내용타당도, 수렴타당도, 판별타당도, 구인타당도의 적절성이 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a scale for measuring the level of respect for teachers’ rights that childcare teachers feel at the infants care settings and verify the validity. For the foregoing, this study organized preliminary questions focusing on the literature review and contents of focus group interview, and conducted a survey targeting 456 childcare teachers. For collected data, this study carried out an exploratory factor analysis and as a result of confirmatory factor analysis for verification of validity and reliability of the scale based on it, 19 questions in 4 factors (Right for working environment, Autonomy in management of childcare curriculum, Right to participate in management of childcare center, Right for guarantee of status) were extracted as final outcomes. Cronbach’ α value for reliability of the developed scale was .88, and adequacy of content validity, convergent validity, discriminant validity, construct validity was confirmed through verification of validity.
