예비유아교사교육 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사교육 연구 동향을 분석하여 향후 예비유아교사교육 연구의 새로운 변화 방향에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 2019년까지 국내 등재지에 게재된 184편의 예비유아교사교육 관련 연구를 교사교육 패러다임, 연구주제, 교수학습방법의 기준으로 분석하였다. 분석결과를 정리하면, 교사교육 패러다임은 개인발달적 패러다임, 학문적 패러다임, 기술적 패러다임, 비판적/사회적 패러다임, 실제적 패러다임 순으로 빈도가 높게 나타났다. 그리고 연구주제에서는 교과교육 관련 주제, 교사 역량 관련 주제, 교직 관련 주제, 개인 역량 관련 주제 순으로 많이 다루어졌다. 이어 교수학습방법에서는 전통적인 교수학습방법인 강의가 가장 많이 이루어지고 있었고, 학습자의 능동적인 참여를 유도할 수 있는 토의, 워크숍, 활동 등의 교수학습방법이 병행되고 있었다. 또한 교수 실제를 경험해 볼 수 있는 방법인 교구·매체 제작, 계획안 작성, 확장수업(마이크로티칭, 모의수업, 시연)도 꾸준히 이뤄지는 교수학습방법 중의 하나였다. 보다 최근에는 예비유아교사의 비판적 사고를 길러 줄 수 있는 저널 쓰기뿐만 아니라 CBL, PBL과 같이 학습자가 주도적으로 참여하여 문제를 해결하는 교수학습방법들이 예비유아교사교육 연구에 적용되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 만들어 가는 교육과정의 실천 주체로서의 교사를 양성할 수 있는 예비유아교사교육에 대한 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of pre-service early childhood teacher education and to suggest implications for new directions for early childhood teacher education in the future. To this end, 184 research articles concerning pre-service early childhood teacher education published between 2000 and 2019 were analyzed according to the paradigm of teacher education, research subjects and teaching & learning methods. Research findings are as follows. First, the paradigm of teacher education was the highest in the order of in personal paradigm, academic paradigm, technological paradigm, critical/social paradigm, and practical paradigm. Second, in the research subjects, subjects related to subject education, subjects related to teacher competency, subjects related to teaching profession, and subjects related to individual competency were covered, in order. Third, in the teaching & learning methods, a traditional teaching methods, lecture was being used the most, and teaching methods such as discussions, workshops and activities that can enhance active participation of learners, were used in parallel. In addition, teaching methods such as making teaching tools and media, education plan, and expanding classes, which are a way to experience teaching practice were one of the methods. More recently, it has been found that writing journals that can cultivate critical thinking of pre-service early childhood teacher and instruction methods such as CBL and PBL that solve problems through the initiative of learners have been applied to pre-service early childhood teacher education research. Based on the above results, the direction of future pre-service early childhood teacher education which can cultivate teachers as the making curriculum was discussed.
