국문 초록

본 연구는 ‘과정 중심 쓰기’를 통해 내용 생성 단계에서 나타나는 작문 특성을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 고등학교 1학년 학생들을 대상으로 과정 중심 수업을 실시하고 쓰기 과정에서 나타나는 특성을 살펴보았다. 작문의 결과물은 단어(單語), 단문(短文), 장문(長文) 단위로 구체적이고 분석적으로 접근하였다. 이는 과정 중심 쓰기를 통한 내용 생성 단계에서 나타나는 작문 특성을 파악하고 학교 현장의 작문 지도에 도움을 주기 위한 것이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자유 연상법에 의해 생성한 단어는 대체로 키워드보다는 관용어가 많으며, 인간(=인칭) 명사와 사물 명사가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연상한 단어의 결합을 통해 생성한 단문에서는 인간 명사와 사물 명사가 많으며 고유명사를 많은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개별 단문들의 모둠별 결합을 통해 만든 장문에서는 사물 명사 중 고유명사의 비중이 크게 증가하고 단어나 단문 단위에 비해 어휘가 확장되고 어휘 사용 빈도가 크게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구 결과가 학교 현장의 작문 지도에 시사하는 바는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 쓰기 과정에서 개별 필자의 어휘 사용 특성을 파악할 수 있는 단어 사용 양상의 분석이 필요하다는 것이다. 둘째, 쓰기 과정에서 문장의 구조나 문장 구성 요소를 제대로 인지하였는지 파악할 수 있는 문장의 단어간 연결, 문장 구성의 분석이 필요하다는 것이다. 셋째, 쓰기 과정에서 작문 교육에 유의미한 효과가 있는 모둠활동의 활성화와 작문의 맥락을 제대로 이해하였는지 파악할 수 있는 최종 장문 텍스트의 분석이 필요하다는 것이다. 이에 따라, 작문 지도 과정에서 중심어와 중심 내용을 포괄하는 작문 지도에서 나아가 쓰기 과정에서 나타나는 단어, 단문, 장문 단위에서 구체적이고 분석적인 관점으로 그 특성을 파악하고 평가할 수 있는 교육과정과 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다. 또한, 향후 후속 연구를 통해 내용 생성 단계에서 나타나는 작문 특성으로 체계화되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to grasp the characteristics of writing in the content creation stage through process-based writing. To this end, course-based classes were conducted for first graders in high school and the characteristics of the writing process were examined. The result of writing was approached concretely and analytically in units of words, short sentences, and long sentences. This is to identify the writing characteristics that appear in the content creation stage through process-based writing and to help in writing at the school site. The results of the study are as follows. First, the words generated by the free association method have more idioms than keywords, and there are many human(=person) nouns and object nouns. Second, in short sentences created through the combination of reminiscent words, there were many human nouns and object nouns and many unique nouns. Third, in long texts created by combining groups of individual short sentences, the proportion of proper nouns among object nouns increased significantly, and the vocabulary expanded and the frequency of vocabulary use increased significantly compared to words or short units. The results of this study suggest the followings on the writing guidance at the school site. First, in the writing process, it is necessary to analyze the use pattern of words that can grasp the characteristics of individual vocabulary use. Second, it is necessary to analyze the structure of sentences or the composition of sentences and the analysis of sentence structure between words in a sentence to understand whether the sentence structure was properly recognized. Third, in the writing process, it is necessary to analyze the final length of the text to understand whether the group s context was well understood and the activation of group activities that had a significant effect on writing education. Accordingly, the curriculum and research should be conducted in order to understand and evaluate the characteristics of words, short sentences, and long sentences in the writing process from a writing map that encompasses the central word and the central content in the writing instruction process from a specific and analytical perspective. Seems to be. In addition, it is expected that it will be structured as the writing characteristics that appear in the content creation stage through future studies.
