장애대학생과 비장애대학생의 진로성숙도 차이와 관련 변인의 관계분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 장애대학생과 비장애대학생의 진로성숙도 차이를 비교하고 관련 변인의 관계를 분석하여 장애대학생과 비장애대학생이 경험하는 어려움을 다각도로 이해하고자 하는 데 있다. 연구자료는 한국교육개발원(KEDI)『한국교육종단연구 2005-2013』중 2005년도와 2011년 자료를 사용하였고, 주요 분석방법은 독립표본 t 검증, 피어슨 적률상관관계, 단계적 중다회귀분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 장애대학생과 비장애대학생의 진로성숙도 수준에는 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 각 집단의 진로성숙도와 관련되는 변인에도 다소간의 차이가 있었으나, 공통적으로는 자아개념, 역량, 자기성장목표의식, 자기주도학습력, 교수와 친구와의 교류가 학생들의 진로성숙도와 관련되었다. 두 집단 모두 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 자아개념이 확인되었다. 후속연구에 대한 제언과 시사점도 논의되었다.

영문 초록

The study aimed to investigate the differences and associations in career maturity between university students with and without disabilities and understand the students’ difficulties from various angles. Year of 2005 and 2011 Korean Education Longitudinal Study(2005-2013)data, which were released by KEDI(Korean Educational Development Institute) were used as research data. Independent t sample test, Pearson correlation, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis were utilized to analyze the data. Significant difference and associations were found in career maturity. There were variables that were correlated with career maturity for each student group. However, as common variables such as self-concept, students’ capacity, sense of purpose for self-growth, self-directed learning ability, and interactions with professor and friends were found to be correlated with career maturity between the group. Among the variables, self-concept was determined to be a predictor that was associated with career maturity to both students with and without disabilities. Some implications regarding future study were discussed.
