간호대학생의 학업탄력성 영향요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 학업탄력성, 비판적 사고성향 및 문제해결능력의 정도와 이들 변수간의 상관관계를 파악하고 학업탄력성에 영향을 미치는 관련 변인들을 알아보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 전남 M군 소재 일 대학교의 간호학과 재학생 중 4학년 156명의 학생을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 자가보고식 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 2018년 4월 5일부터 2018년 6월 8일까지 수집하였고, 자료의 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, 중다회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 학업탄력성은 일반적 특성 중 전공만족도에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 비판적 사고성향(r=.619, p<.001), 문제해결능력(r=.706, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의한 순상관관계를 보였고, 문제해결능력만이 학업탄력성을 51.0% 설명하는 영향요인으로 나타났다. 즉 본 연구에서 간호대학생의 학업탄력성은 전공만족도나 비판적 사고성향 보다는 문제해결능력에 의해 중요한 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 확인되었으므로 향후 간호대학생의 학업탄력성을 향상시키기 위해서는 문제해결능력을 함양시킬 수 있는 간호교육의 체계적인 프로그램개발과 교육전략수립이 필요함을 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study was to investigate the levels of academic resilience, critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability, to find correlation among those variables, and to identify relevant variables those affect on academic resilience of nursing students. The subjects were 156 senior nursing students in one University of M area, Jeonnam. Data were collected from April 5 to June 8, 2018 using a self-report questionnaire and analyed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson corelation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 23.0. There was a significant difference in academic resilience according to satisfaction in nursing major. There was a positive correlation between critical thinking disposition (r = .619, p <.001) and problem solving ability (r = .706, p <.001). Stepwise regression analysis showed that the factor affecting on academic resilience was problem solving ability(F=140.91, p<.001), and explanation rate of problem solving ability on academic resilience was 51.0%. As a result, it was confirmed that the academic resilience of senior nursing students was influenced by problem solving ability, not satisfaction in nursing major or critical thinking. In future, for improving academic resilience of nursing students, it is suggested that systematic program development and educational strategy should be developed to strengthen problem solving ability.
