국문 초록

지식기반사회 및 100세 시대에서 평생학습은 이제 중요한 교육분야의 이슈가 되고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 평생학습 시스템을 측정하고, 주요 국가들의 평생학습지수 경쟁력 분석을 하였다. 본 연구는 국가 평생 학습 시스템을 분석하기 위해 글로벌 평생학습 지수(Global Lifelong Learning Index, GLLI)를 선정하였다. 그리하여 본 연구결과는 크게 두 부분으로 구성된다. 첫째, 제시된 국가별 GLLI가 국가 순위에 따라 국가그룹을 세 그룹으로 나누어 비교분석 하였다. 둘째, GLLI 지수 및 하위 요인에 대한 각국(중국, 인도, 한국)의 순위를 별도로 비교분석 하였다. 본 연구는 평생학습 시스템을 평가 및 비교분석하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

In the knowledge-based society, lifelong education or lifelong learning has become an educational issue for countries. In this context, this research measured and competitively analyzed the lifelong learning system of in China, India, and South Korea. This study selected Global Lifelong Learning Index (GLLI) of Kim (2016) to analyze the lifelong learning system of countries. This study broadly consists of three steps. First, after ranking countries by GLLI, GLLI was divided into three groups to clarify each country s position. Second, the ranking of each country (in China, India, and South Korea) in terms of GLLI index and sub-factors was calculated. Third, this allowed a comparison and analysis of countries in the GLLI ranking to better understand the lifelong learning system. This research can be used as basic data for evaluating the lifelong learning system of each countries.
