초등 예비교사교육자가 골프수업을 하는 과정에서 주목하는 교수 측면

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등 예비교사교육자가 골프 강좌를 운영하는 과정에서 주목하기(noticing)의 개념을 바탕으로 자신의 골프수업에서 주목한 교수 측면을 셀프 연구로 기술하였다. 이 연구는 수업일지로 자료를 수집하였고, Spradley(1979)의 영역 분석과 분류 분석으로 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 초등 예비교사교육자가 골프수업을 하는 과정에서 주목한 것은 첫째, 골프수업이 추구하는 내용과 가치로 목적 측면의 가치 이해와 내용 측면의 가치 이해에 주목하였다. 둘째, 학습활동 운영 단계에 대한 이해 측면에서 ‘이해’ 단계, ‘체험’ 단계 그리고 ‘소통’ 단계에 주목하였다. 셋째, 골프수업 운영 방식에 대한 이해 측면에서 기능을 전달하고 전수하기, 또래 집단을 활용하기 그리고 매체 활용하기에 주목하였다. 넷째, 골프 강좌의 평가 방식에서는 거리별 과정 평가로 수업을 일체화하기, 중간 및 기말 평가로 기능 향상하기 그리고 골프 프로그램의 구안 및 발표 등에 주목하였다. 이 연구는 초등 예비교사교육자가 대학 골프수업에서 관심을 기울인 내용과 이유를 확인하고, 향후 골프 강의를 계획하여 운영하는 데 필요한 교수 단서를 제공할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explored the aspects of class that primary school teachers educated in the course of running their own classes based on the concept of noticing class in the course of college golf. This study collected data based on the study journal of study participants and analyzed the results based on domain analysis and classification analysis suggested by Spradley (1979). In this study, the Primary Pre-service Teacher Educator paid attention to the golf lessons. First, the understanding of the objective value and the understanding of the content value were derived from the contents and values pursued by the golf class. Second, in terms of understanding the learning activity operation stage, the contents noted in the understanding stage, the contents noted in the experience stage, and the contents noted in the communication stage were categorized. Third, in terms of understanding how golf classes are operated, they were categorized as transferring and transferring functions, using peer groups, and using media. Fourth, in the evaluation method of golf courses, the integration of classes by distance evaluation, improvement of functions by mid-term and final evaluation, and the design and presentation of golf programs were categorized. This study will identify reasons for the interests of instructors who teach in college-run golf classes and provide future teaching clues for future researchers to plan and run golf courses.
