국문 초록

본 연구는 플립러닝을 활용한 수업의 참여도와 학습만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 요인들을 규명하기 위해, 플립러닝을 적용한 교직과목 수업에서의 사전학습참여, 과제가치, 학습실재감, 수업참여, 학습만족 간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고, 학습실재감의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구자가 2018년 2학기 진행한 교직과목 수업을 수강한 학생들 총 85명이 연구대상이었으며, SPSS 및 AMOS 프로그램을 사용하여 변인들 간의 관계를 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫 번째, 사전학습참여는 수업참여, 학습만족과 학습실재감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 특히 수업참여에 미치는 영향이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 과제가치는 수업참여와 학습실재감에는 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 학습만족에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 학습실재감의 매개효과는 사전학습참여와 학습만족 간에서만 유의한 효과를 나타내는 것으로 드러났다. 따라서 플립러닝 수업의 효과를 위해서 학생들이 사전학습에 잘 참여하도록 하며 수업에 인지적·정서적·사회적으로 몰입할 수 있는 학습실재감을 높이는 것이 중요하다는 점을 알 수 있다. 연구결과를 토대로 교육에의 논의점 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the relationship among pre-class learning participation, task value, learning presence, class participation, learning satisfaction in teaching profession courses with flipped learning and to analyze the mediation effect of learning presence. The subjects in this study were 85 university students who took a teaching class of the researcher in the 2nd semester of 2018. The relationship among research variables were analyzed using a structural equation model. Major findings were as follows. First, pre-class learning had significant positive effect on class participation, learning satisfaction, learning presence, and had the greatest effect on class participation in particular. Second, task value had significant positive effect on class participation, learning presence, didn’t have significant effect on learning satisfaction. Third, the mediation effect the learning presence had worked on the only relationship between pre-class learning participation and learning satisfaction. Therefore, to enhance the effect of flipped classroom, it is important to make for students to participate pre-class learning and to increase learning presence in order to focus on the class. Based on the results of the study, we suggested the discussion and implication for education.
