국문 초록

본 연구는 대학 1학년생의 적응을 지원하는 <1학년 세미나> 온라인합동강좌를 개발하고 효과성을 연구하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2017학년도 2학기에서 2018학년도 1학기에 걸쳐 ADDIE 절차에 따라 <1학년 세미나>를 개발하고, 2018학년도 신입생(1학기 859명, 2학기 354명)을 대상으로 만족도와 학습목표인식 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요구분석을 통해 도출된 내용 영역 중에서 <1학년 세미나I>는 입학 후 당장의 적응을 지원하는 내용을, <1학년 세미나II>은 발달상 과제와 진로에 관한 내용을 선택하여 온라인 강좌를 개발하고 온라인 LMS에 탑재하여 운영하였다. 둘째, 수강 후 비교적 높은 수준의 만족도와 학습목표인식을 확인하였다. 셋째, 사후 학습목표인식이 사전에 비해 유의미하게 상승하였다. 넷째, 서술형 응답에서 온라인합동강좌의 내용 선정과 구성의 적절성, 온라인 학습의 편이성, 동기 유발과 내용 이해에 도움 등 긍정적 인식을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 한 논의와 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The study aims to develop courses based on Online LMS and analyze their effectiveness. For this, the study developed the courses according to ADDIE process from the 2nd semester of 2017 to the 1st of 2018 and then surveyed the freshman students(859 students in 1st semester, 354 students in 2nd semester) of 2018 for satisfaction and learning goal recognition. The results are as follows. First, out of the content areas derived through demand analysis, the study selected the contents supported immediate adaptation after admission for , and developmental tasks and career paths for . After then the study developed the online course. Second, the study found the relatively high level of satisfaction and recognition of learning goals after the courses. Third, post test on learning goal recognition has increased significantly compared to the previous one. Fourth, in a descriptive response, the study confirmed positive perceptions such as the appropriateness of selecting and organizing contents of the online course, the convenience of online learning. In addition to it was helpful for motivation and understanding of contents. Discussions and suggestions based on the above results were presented.
